The private tropical oasis in the backyard is sure to be popular with the entire family. Select your own colors for the pool light in the private pool & hot tub/jacuzzi. The backyard lights up beautifully at sunset (mostly automatic with solar lights) and there are electric powered lights above the outdoor tiki bar.

Pool heat is offered at $50/day and must be heated for the entire reservation. Please request pool heat no later than 2 days before check-in to adequately heat up the pool.

The entire villa and tropical oasis is yours to enjoy privately during your stay. You may also enjoy Finns Restaurant, Shark Lounge, or the Grab N Go shop at the Encore Resort by Reunion clubhouse. Finns will deliver to the home as well.
Other things to note
*** Please note that this reservation does not include access to the Encore Resort waterpark or gym.
- We require a guest list of all people for each confirmed booking. This will be necessary to inform the security guards to gain access to the gated community.
- No smoking allowed. $1,000 penalty fee will be charged if discovered.
- No parties. $1,000 penalty fee will be charged for any parties reported.
- No pets allowed. A $1,000 penalty fee will be charged for each violation.
- Please note that this property is monitored by Ring cameras outside the front door as well as on both sides of the backyard of the property.
