  • Looking for a Contemporary home to spend endless relaxing moments with the family and friends? We have everything in one spot. This Solterra Resort home has all amenities one can imagine for a convenient and fun and relaxing time in Orlando. Location is also a plus, since its close to all parks, malls, supermarkets and restaurants. This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Villa is fully equipped and you will need nothing besides your luggage to start enjoying.

    This house has a screened pool that can be heated. Lounge area for fun and entertainment.

    ***RESORT AMENITIES Main Pool Slide & Lazy River Fitness center / Gym Café - Tiki Bar Tennis Court & Kids Playground Dawn
     Guests who wish to use clubhouse amenities will have to register at the club house and pay $45 fee per household.

    ***POOL SPA HEATING - POOL FACING NORTH WEST There s a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. Pool is enclosed.

    ***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost- Other vacation gear or propane grill needs to be outsourced at your own expense. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***


    ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

    ***PARKING*** There is an active towing policy in this community. At no time vehicles can be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use driveway or overflow parking spaces.

Unfortunately, 1500 characters will not allow me to leave the review that needs to be left. We booked this property for our spring break. Vacation and the management company informed us prior to our arrival that it had been sold and was no longer available to rent. They gave us an option for another property and we took it. That property had so many issues and was not the same quality as the property we had booked. Unfortunately, the change was never made through Vrbo so I cannot leave a review on the other property. I would not suggest booking a stay with this management company.

This was the property I rented but not the property I was given. It was a horrible experience. Days prior to arriving, I began receiving text for a different property. The host insisted that this was the property. Only after I sent him a picture of my VRBO confirmation did he acknowledge that I had been moved. I was not happy because I was not consulted or given the opportunity to cancel my reservation or choose another property. I had to ask for a link to the new property because they had not even done that. I remember looking at that property and because of the reviews not choosing it. Monday morning I immediately informed the host that the washer did not spin and multiple bathroom outlets did not work - that is besides it being dirty and one of the beds being unfit to sleep on. From that moment on we got no resolve. Only one of the 4 bathrooms had working outlets. We were given a thin bath towel for each guest, not enough hand towels or bath mats and some very used wash cloths. The welcome packet was pathetic and not what we are used to receiving. The pool patio was filthy, screens pushed out, screen door to sliders destroyed, Alarm to pull was disassembled and the tile floor throughout the house was disgusting forcing us to keep our socks or shoes on. We pad for heat Tuesday morning thru Saturday morning and we never had it working. I have not been reimbursed for that expense yet. It was an extra charge. We were finally told - out of room to finish......
This mattress set was made in 2010 and beside disgusting stains, was all springs!
Sliding screen door unusable. Screens around pool were also pushed out
Patio chairs were unusable as the each had a leg shorter than the others! Very old!
License displayed on counter for rental expires in 2018
