There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements.

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request.
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed.

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

This house fits 2 cars in the driveway and the overflow parking is about 250 feet down the same road. No street parking is allowed. This house has the option to park inside garage, up to 2 cars.

This house has no game room.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
