House is part of the newest phase (3) of the Luxurious Windsor at Westside Resort. Guests will have full access to club house amenities (Full description below).

GRILL / BBQ Use: $95 including cleaning and 1 full propane tank.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee and subject availability.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.
GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking is allowed as well as designated parking spots, inside gated community.
DISCLAIMER: Please note EXTERIOR of this house is equipped with surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO surveillance device present inside home or inside pool / lanai areas.
