Our home is very well located in Champions Gate with short distance to the most extravagant club house, "Country Club at Championsgate," where you a beautiful pool also has “ Championsgate Basketball, Soccer Field and playground” to practice.

If you enjoy playing golf Champions Gate also features many golf courses and it is considered one of the best golf communities in the Orlando area.

The living room is open and spacious with a sectional sofa to relax and enjoy the 55 inch TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area.

The large dining area seats 6 around the table and another four at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked granite and slate kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Pool Heating Available for a fee. It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.
