Welcome to our luxury finished 3680 Sq ft pool home at beautiful Crystal Cove Resort. It is conveniently located close to shopping and dining (less than 1 mile away). Disney is only 6 miles away. Just minutes from major attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios, Aquatica and the Convention Center is 20 minutes driving away.

Our 2 story home has 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathroom. 2 king bedrooms(one is on 1st floor), 2 queen bedrooms(one is on 1st floor),1 doube queen bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms with 6 full size twin beds.

Our first class vacation home is furnished to a very high standard with many extra amenities. The villa has 9 TVs(1 55' and 8 32' ), Nintendo Wii, Free WiFi high speed Internet and Free long distance telephone call to USA and Canada, Board games. Perfect for entertaining guests of all ages. A games room complete with pool table, Foosball table. Easy to keep everyone well occupied!

Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your feast! Everything that you need will be at your reach!

The home is also baby friendly. We have a crib, high chair and a stroller ready for your little ones. We also have a safety fence around the pool to add more security for kids.

Everything went very well, instructions were clear. Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. More towels would be great for so many people-and a pool. *when they say don't park on the sidewalk, its NO JOKE! HOA will definitely tow you before sun-up, and if you rented a car, you will be stuck renting another because the process is long to get it out of the impound yard. Also, owner should check with the maintenance company because there are things that should be addressed in the home to just bring it up to a 5 star place..

Nice Place

Our visit to this area was nice and this is a nice place to stay for a large family. It was close to the convention center and to all the parks. The house could use some updates, but overall it had what we needed, which was a nice place to rest after a long day. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the pool / hot tub.

Good stay

The house is huge, and convenient for big families. We have hard time to find house with permitted space for smoking outside and decided to rent this one even is a bigger than our needs.We don’t have pets, and have specific odor inside from odor eliminators or something related. The kitchen stuff can have some upgrade, plates, and glasses have traces from long time usage.Communication with management was with no problem at all. Generally to rent this house is a decent choice if you are not so picky!

Christmas 2024 Last minute Rebook

Unfortunately the home I originally booked was canceled the day before my party of 17 was due to arrive. I had to find a replacement home ASAP around the amount of the original home. I came across this property and prayed it would work out. It did and I’m happy that our family Christmas was not ruined. But the decor of the home is not exactly as pictured. There were mix matched chairs at the dining room table in the kitchen. There was mold around the shower in the bathroom off the kitchen. The toilet paper holders were falling off the wall. The patio furniture was definitely not as pictured. The home needed some much needed upgrades and dusting. The bedroom decor was taped on the wall and some of the decals were peeling off the walls. Everyone complained about the hard mattresses. The beds were not comfortable at all. We had one bathroom that the toilet had constant running water which sounded like a waterfall in the wall in the downstairs bedrooms. Kept us up most of the night. I reached out to the. host on Thursday morning as it didn’t start until late on Christmas Eve. I didn’t want to ruin anyones Christmas and I was sure no one would come out on Christmas Day. There was a nice gentleman that came out on Friday morning to take a look at the toilet and he said he would go look for the part to fix it. Never heard back from him. Needless to say the toilet was still running when we left Saturday morning. The home itself has alot of potential to be a great rental home. .

Pictures are very deceptive

The size of the house is accurate. The home itself was a great size for my group of 7 adults. We got in at night. You are not dealing directly with an owner who is available. It is a management company. When they opened the next morning, they were quick to respond to a couple of problems with the cleanliness and a supply issue.The lack of supplies is AWFUL! I have never been to a place that only gives you ONE garbage bag, ONE roll of toilet paper, ONE roll of paper towels, ONE tiny dish liquid, shampoo and conditioner, NO cleaning supplies, NO salt or pepper or sugar or coffee filters or even the first day of coffee. Be prepared to bring EVERYTHINGThe pictures are NOT ACCURATE. The furnishings are cheap, pealing, and chipping. If you are still considering staying here, ask for current pictures. Bring decent pillows,towels and blankets. There are no extras, and the ones there are again cheap and of poor quality.Make sure to ask for address and goggle the distance in real driving miles.
