INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

Perfect Family Getaway

We came to Kissimmee to take our 6 and 3 year olds to the beach and Disney World. But they both seemed to believe that “our vacation house” was the destination itself. They LOVED the small pool. It was the perfect size for our water-wary toddler to feel comfortable and confident. They chose the Harry Potter bedroom which truly did seem magical.It was clean, well cooled, comfortable and just an all around lovely place to be. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great time

We stayed a week in April and had a wonderful time! Great customer service with prompt responses! Pool is a splash pool, size of large hot tub, which worked out well for the time of year. Community pool was large with awesome workout center and rec room! Walmart is very close which is both a pro and con. Definitely would recommend staying here again with young kids! Themed bedrooms were so cool!

First Disney World Trip

Accommodations were as described but the place was NOT CLEANED very well. Check-in was at 4pm and we arrived at 4:30pm. I called right away to notify property management the the rental had an odor in the front two bedrooms, stovetop dirty, kitchen drain had large drain flies, the carpet was dirty upstairs, baseboards were dirty, and the shower curtain was dirty/ had not been cleaned. 8pm is when I was told a cleaning crew would come the next morning and they could only do a partial cleaning fee refund because I did not purchase the insurance. The crew came the next morning to clean the things/pictured complaints property management requested for proof it was not clean and said the pictures I sent did not match what the cleaning crew reported. Long story short get the insurance, the place looks like the pictures but it is not cleaned very well! This place will require LOTS OF DEEP CLEANING!

Family Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Trip

The check in process was very smooth and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The kids loved the themed rooms- both the Harry Potter and Avenger rooms were a hit. The beds were all very comfortable. We had a little problem with the WiFi but the property manager responded quickly with a fix. The neighborhood was ok. The two units to the right and left of the property had multiple vehicles which made our access to the driveway challenging at times. The unit to the right had a big party one of the nights we were there, the music was so loud it was shaking the shared walls. The gate code at night felt unsafe because you have to get out of your car to walk over to the key pad on the far left side of the gate to put in the code. The bunk bed in the Harry Potter room needs to be stabilized, it is shaky. The hulk hand fell off the wall and hit the person in the head that was sleeping in the bed. We notified the property. The location was a little far from the parks, about 30 minutes with traffic. The outdoor pool was warm and the waterfall affect is very peaceful. The main area is spacious and the kitchen had all you needed.

Comfortable and relaxing

My family and I stayed here for a week. The house is well decorated and has everything you need. The neighborhood is gated and well maintained. My kids loved the themed rooms and splashing around in the pool. I will definitely book here again. Wonderful customer service.

Vacation Excellence

The Alchemy Team gave a very warm welcome and were communicating to assure we arrived safely, and were able to settle in. We felt had there been a need, the hosting team would have been quickly reachable at any time from beginning to end! The property is exactly as pictured! Nestled in a safe, secure and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located near shopping and dining places. We had an excellent stay!!

This home was great for my families first time to Disney World. The home was in a great location only a few minutes away from the park. The host was very communicative when I had an issue with the living room remote. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

We chose this location due to proximity to many amenities & entertainment options. It was very convenient & comfortable. It is very close to WalMart so sometimes a bit noisy. The pool is small, more of a hydropool. It suited our needs just fine, we were able to come & go with ease and do everything we set out to do on our vacation. We would stay again.

Great Location For Our Stay

Listing was accurate in terms of distance to Disney parks and shopping. Hosts were communicative prior and during stay. Gas and shopping (Walmart, Aldi) very close and made for quick trips to stock up for our stay. The themed rooms were fun and intriguing for everyone in our group. This is a great spot for larger families with multiple sleeping arrangements and 3 full-bathrooms plus a half bath. Kitchen well stocked with many appliances/cookware for cooking/eating. It's not in perfect condition but I would stay again if traveling to the area :)

Little slice of paradise

This home is the perfect place to stay for your Orlando vacation. It was conveniently located near all Disney Parks as well as Universal. The gated community was well-kept and felt safe and secure. The home itself is roomy enough to comfortably fit two families. The rooms are all decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend to others as well as stay here again!

Disappointed-surprised by poor condition

The property looks nice onVRBO website but is very different up front. Linens, carpeting, flooring, pillows and bedding are worn, tattered and in need of cleaning or replacement. The throw pillows looked like someone had drooled on them. The water pressure in the showers was another problem. One of the king size beds sinks in the middle. All remotes are attached by steel wires to the tables. Not only is it tacky but very dangerous around children. The view from the pool is the loading dock for Walmart. There is no privacy in that area and you hear all the noises coming from the loading dock and need to be weary of roaming raccoons. Sadly, upon check in, you are given a lengthy list of rules and regulations all geared to benefit property management, not the renter. Bare minimum incidentals are provided so bring everything that you may need. No sugar, water. Just a cheap bottle of wine and two dirty plastic wine glasses. I don’t normally give such negative reviews but this rental was bad. I was hesitant to sit on the worn sofas or walk on the dirty carpeting. I would avoid this place until they get their act together.

Perfect place for our family!

Perfect place for our family. Everything was just as pictured on website. My boys enjoyed the themed rooms as much as my adult daughter enjoyed the king size bed. The house was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and in a great location. It was close to many stores and restaurants and just a short drive to Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun!

This booking was so amazing me and my family enjoyed ourselves. The house was so comfortable my 2month old was even comfortable he slept so good in the master bedroom!! They even had wine waiting for us! The communication was magnificent I love it! Will be booking again very soon! Oh 15mins away from all parks Walmart walking distance for last minute needs Family friendly area!!!

Looking forward to returning!

My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway for his 40th birthday. We had another couple that planned to join us, but couldn't at the least minute. It was an easy drive to Disney and other parks - not far from grocery options, restaurants or gas stations. I thought this was a very nice property. There's a gate as you enter, which was easy to open via the gate code. The front of the units are beautiful. As you enter, it's just as nice. I felt relaxed and pampered as soon as I walked in due to the decor, brightness and openness of the first floor layout. The doors to the patio area can open almost completely to allow for the outside and inside to flow seamlessly. The pool is small, like a very large hot tub size, but was perfect for us and our plans to relax. It's automatically heated, but since we went in January, we paid to have it heated extra and it was consistently warm. The upstairs has two master bedrooms, with each of them having their own bathroom and a bathroom in the hallway to be shared by the two kids rooms. I LOVE how they were decorated and know my kids will love it when we come to stay and bring them along. It's set perfect for two families, as the rooms are "divided/sectioned" by the upstairs hall bathroom and laundry closet (washer/dryer). Each side has a master and kid themed room. On the left is the 1st master, next to the Harry Potter room with bunk beds. The right is the 2nd master, next to the Marvel super heroes room, with a three bunk bed. Every room has a TV and both masters are similar in set up and decor (stylish and relaxing). The staff was really responsive and friendly when we did have any questions. I am excited about coming back with our kids!

Everything was pristine! The home was perfect from the moment my family and I walked in! The decor is so simple but has definately left a lasting impression. The kid's bedrooms were perfectly decorated as well. The kids loved them! The home smelled fresh and clean. PERFECT IN EVERYWAY FOR US!
