Great Unit, Great Resort.

Very Spacious & Clean Townhouse. Close to the Pool. Stores & restaurants nearby. Took us 30-40 min to get to Disney depending on traffic.

Needed some work. Furniture needed cleaning in living room. Light bulbs needed replacing in places. Master bedroom deck and chairs need cleaning. On a positive note the kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable.

Disappointed

Although the condo and property were conveniently located, we were disappointed with the condition of the Condo. 1. Door knobs falling off closet doors 2. Doors were dirty around handles3. Kitchen pans were nasty and worn out4. Bathroom baseboards dirty5. Overall cleanliness was less than desired6. Unit pictures are not accurateI would not recommend this property to anyone. Dwayne

Disney trip

We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. The home was clean,the kitchen was sufficiently stocked and there were plenty of clean towels. I wish there was a small supply of spices and plastic bags and wraps so we didn't have to buy them. We had a problem with small ant like bugs common in Florida on the kitchen counter when we arrived but the property manager had pest control there the next morning and resolved the problem which he said was the resorts responsibility. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be within 30 minutes from almost all attractions. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

Regal Palms Resort

Had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The pool was a highlight for the kids. Location was an easy drive to Universal for us. Would book again if we were in the Central Florida area

Beautiful and convenient

We booked this property for our week in Disney, for our family of 6. We have 4 kids: 4, 6, 9 and 14. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. Comfortable and beautifully furnished, it was nice to have 2 masters, so our teenage daughter could enjoy her own space. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked, which helped with being able to save a little and cook many of our meals. Also, the large full size washer and dryer on the second floor are a huge plus! The best part was that the pool area, which included a fun water slide and lazy river, was open until 11pm (weather permitting). So we were able to enjoy the pool after spending time at Disney during the day. We had such a lovely time in this home. With everything close by you couldn’t find a better option. We will definitely be staying again.

Great central Florida vaca

Spent 8 days in central Florida was great, close enough to Disney and universal but far enough away from hustle and bustle of Orlando was minutes away from Kissimmee restaurants was a nice quiet neighborhood. Con would be central Florida traffic.

Overall nice stay

Spacious rental, very quiet community, close to the pool and gym. Strip plaza with shops, restaurants and grocery close by. Owners were quick to respond to text. Few items to note; you pay $20 per day for the amenities but you ALSO have to buy a tube to use at the lazy river, not advertised that way. Tubes are between $10-$18 each. There are large cracks in the tile from the entry, under the dining table and in living room. The entry door keypad is loose and the knob to the master bedroom closet is loose. Also, the blender in the unit leaks. The owner is aware of the cracks and loose items but she said the unit has been booked regularly and they haven't had time to repair the items. Just making note so nobody is charged for damaged items that are pre-existing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My son used the gym regularly and everything seemed to be working fine. We did use the pool once without purchasing tubes and the temperature of the water was lukewarm. Both pools were crowded around dinner time. You cannot lower the AC below 72, so if you like it cooler than that, bring extra fans.

Family Fun

Great stay! Great place and unit was beautiful for our family! Nice room downstairs with walk in shower great for seniors! Well stocked and bee line straight down to clubhouse area! Loved it!

Lovely

The condo was beautiful decorated, clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the lazy river and waterslide. There is quite heavy traffic to Disney and Universal, so be prepared for that. For us it was worth the drive. A quiet neighborhood and the condo was well stocked with anything you could need. Check in was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, clean, and modern

We've stayed at Regal Palms several times and this is one of the best units we've booked. It was comfortable and VERY clean! Everything was as described, and the communication leading up to and during our stay was seamless! The resort has a great pool area, amazing drinks served at the tiki bar, an ice cream shop, and a restaurant with great pub-style food! We spent two days just relaxing at the resort! Very nice atmosphere. The location is great: groceries and restaurants are a two-minute drive and theme parks are only 20-30 minutes away.
