Plenty of space

Parents and teens/children who stayed for a dance convention week. House was very roomy and well furnished. Location worked well for us though the neighborhood can get a little rowdy. Few minor issues but the host was very responsive. We would recommend again! Plenty of parking!

Home on Narrative Lane

The property was nice and very spacious. The game room listed had some issues with the pool table (ball pockets broken, no felt on pool stick or chalk). And one other game did not have the balls to play. It did not have enough pots and pans to cook any meals. Since we read this in another review we brought our own. I would also bring extra toilet paper. You get one roll per bathroom. The home was pretty close to any place you wanted to visit and lots of dining options.

Needs work - Disappointed

The description of the property was not entirely accurate. While it was large enough with a spacious layout, there were several challenges. The kitchen sink was broken when we arrived, the amount of dust and dirt in the house was noticeable. The dishes were not clean, the fridge ice maker didn't work. The game room was virtually unusable - the pool table pockets had giant holes, the tiles were all cracked, the electronic games - none of them worked. There is little to no privacy on the patrio/pool, as you are right on top of 4 other homes. THe yard was not maintained. Disappointed.

Volleyball

We came to town for Nationals and the girls had a blast at the house! The game room was awesome, the theater room was cozy, the beds and couches were comfy and the kitchen was HUGE! The kids loved the pool, and the A/C was on point. The WiFi went out but a quick email to the host and it was fixed within about an hour. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time

We loved the location, the pool was great, yes we paid the extra for a heated pool so that the hot tub was hot, the layout was perfect for our group, the ice cream truck came by 3 out of the 5 weekdays we were there, it was very clean, and there's plenty of parking. The Mickey mouse room has a full over full bunk, vs the twin over full in the picture. The cons, and no we didn't reach out to the owner as they felt minor and we were on vacation to spend time together. The internet was not the best; slow, would get dropped and the tv programming running off the wifi would constantly buffer. Something was interfirring with our cell phone signal in the community, at the house, because as soon as I went to Target my phone worked just fine. I gave it a five star because the house is great. The two issues we had werent something we felt the owner could do anything about anyway. Vrbo has the house listed as a house within walking distance of the community pools and waterslides, it is not. It's part of that community but a different 'phase' so you do have drive to get to the community pools.

Kissimmee Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised and pictured. It was a short drive to various activities, outlets and the parks. A short drive to the beach also. The property was nice, although the main gate never worked. The water park was ok, the water was cold and it was a little crowded. We enjoyed the pool at the house, just wish there were pool toys and floats for the kids. Also wish the hot tub was heated (didn't know the $30/day to heat the pool also included the hot tub) There were plenty of towels, however no wash cloths. There was enough space in the rooms for everyone. We enjoyed the game room and theater. The kitchen had all the essentials but no oven mitts. Overall we would use this property again!

Great house, lousy neighbors

There were a few things wrong with the house, the pool was green on arrival date, didn't clear up till the second day. Small things that management took care of right away. House is large and clean. The kitchen was not stocked too well (pots, pans, mixing bowls), all pots and pans were scratched so badly they were garbage, not enough mixing bowls, and no skillet (the cord was there). House needs plastic cups for out at the pool. Pool sticks were broken on the tips, but management had new ones delivered the next day. Neighbors played loud music on a PA-style speaker aimed right at our pool/backyard from 9ish am till 2:30 am Friday night, and till 12:30 Saturday night, and 10:00 pm Sunday night. There is an ordinance in Kissimmee that 10:00 is quiet time with a fine from the police. You will have to call non-emergency (not sure if neighbors were owners or renters) A security gate is broken in the open position. Anyone can come in and out of this development and it seems like they were. This is a party neighborhood, loud and garbage all over. Clubhouse was crowded in a non-family way, so we skipped using it completely. It really is a lovely house and the management was great. Most things were out of the control of management.

Amazing Property

This property is amazingly beautiful and well kept. I would suggest that the owners replace the pool cues (sticks) and the pockets on the pool table. It was very frustrating shooing balls in the pockets and they would end up on the floor. Secondly, I would suggest All of the tvs in the house all have the same streaming services. We started a movie downstairs and wanted to finish it in the theater room but the streaming service (Netflix) was not active on that tv. Also, I would suggest the owners notify guest if pool maintenance will need to done while occupied. We had one problem with the Jacuzzi not working properly one night. But, maintenance did stop by the next day and correct the problem. Overall, I give this stay an A! We had a GREAT Time!!

Wonderful time

Our family of 10 had a great time. We all loved the pool and hot tub at both the house and at the clubhouse. Plenty of space for all of us, the game room and theater room was perfect for the kids (ages 10-14). It is very close to Disney. We only went to Universal and it was about 20-25 minutes. Lots of conveniences within a mile or two—Target being so close was great as well as local restaurants. Check in/out was very easy, loved the parking right out front and the property manager was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Security is a joke but the house was nice if you have decent neighbors

The house has extremely basic items in it, for example there wasn't even a potholder for the oven, only 1 dishwasher tab etc. The beds were good size but other than the king beds not comfortable at all. The hot water heater seemed to have an issue keeping up. But our real issue was our neighbors and the lack of security response. We called the property manager 3 times who was supposed to call security and eventually had to call the non emergency police phone number regarding the neighbors. The security in the neighborhood never came out and nothing was ever done about the fighting, shouting, or music playing so loud until 4 am 3 nights in a row. At one point 2 neighbors were having a music war to see who could be louder. That made the stay not very fun. Also the "hot tub" does not get hot at all, not even a little as advertised, so be sure to pay the extra for pool heating if you want to use it at all. The amenities center was about a 5 minute drive by car with very limited parking, it was nice but be mindful they dont allow any outside food or drinks to be brought in. The game room was a nice addition. The TV in the living room times out after 30 minutes of watching so you have to keep restarting it when trying to watch football. Overall it was a very lukewarm experience, not horrible, but wouldn't book again due to the lack of security response. If there had been a bigger issue no one would have responded and that's a big issue.

Great place for large family.

Very easy to check in. There was a lot of activities for the young and old. Lots of room in the house for everyone.Wi-Fi was not the best but the kids enjoyed the game room even more.We will definitely come again.

Great house, disappointing property management company

House was fantastic, but if you want to play pool, bring your own sticks because theirs were all broken and they didn’t provide replacements. Pool was great, but if you want to use the hot tub they’ll charge you extra. And figure it out in advance because they advertise “pool heater for extra fee per day”, not “hot tub heater for extra fee per day”. I expected the hot tub to be hot regardless. I didn’t need a heated pool in Florida in the middle of the summer.

Great stay and wonderful property

Stay was great there is plenty of room since we stayed in a 6 bedroom 6 bath which had everything we needed and then some. The start was a little rocky were we didn’t know where to go to check in with vague directions since we booked thru Vrbo. The house that we were staying at had the number sequence incorrect which we couldn’t get in the house. Trying to find a correct number was a joke and called at least 6 before we got someone. After that though the stay was magical with no problems and a brand new house.loved every minute of it. Only one other negative when you get your garbage picked up they throw it in the road and then come bye later to pick it up off the ground. Other than that everything else from start to finish was amazing!!!!
