We booked this quickly as we wanted to extend our stay in the area from another resort. The only truth from the description is that it is close to the Pool and Clubhouse. Mold, dirty, and "renovations" that were not done well, or some time ago. Extremely tight parking with a van and pickup truck. I contacted the host and they apologized and offered to come clean. I declined since we had 9 people staying and were only there 3 days. I did a little cleaning myself. Would definitely not recommend. Host was responsive and did offer to refund cleaning fee. Resort pool was nice. Fun slide.

Nice place

House was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 teens. The unit is about a 2 minute walk to the pool and other amenities. We enjoyed the pool (take your own pool floats) and the food we ordered at the pool bar was hot and delicious. The house has since put laminate flooring in the entire upstairs and overall was clean and everything worked in the home such as lights, appliances, etc. The pans are well worn and there are dishes exactly what the listing states: serving for 8. We went to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Volcano Bay, Typhoon Lagoon and Aquatica and all were about a 45 minute drive with Disney being about a 30 minute drive. The complex was quiet at night and I love the easy 2 car parking right in front of the house with no stairs to climb to get into the house. The trash removal was very easy as well as you just put your bagged trash in the can outside of the back door. The unit was clean and bug free. The master bedroom bed was very soft and comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels in the closet. The air conditioning worked well. I would come back to this unit again.

Great location and price

The condo has some upgrades but still needs more. Recommend replacing the carpet upstairs and some appliances need attention. Not as clean as expected. Overall great price and location. I would stay here again.
