*Pool Heat / SPA: $35 (plus tax) per night for a minimum of 5 days – When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

***Your home will have trash bins located on the side of the house where you should place bagged and tied trash (max. 30 lbs/14kg per bag) and/or flattened cardboard boxes. Do not wheel bins to the curb; the valet trash service will pick up from the side of the house.***
