Comfortable spacious condo

Condo was comfortable, clean and spacious in a great location. Bedrooms were large with firm mattresses and soft pillows. Kitchen had all the essentials. Nice to have washer and dryer. Pool area was spacious and had a lot of deck areas with chairs. Chairs could be a bit cleaner by pool however the pool itself was extremely clean. Only minor glitches were the master shower handle came off and Netflix didn’t work. Wi-Fi connection was spotty. Nothing that we felt interrupted our wonderful time. Communication with both property manager and host was met with attention to our questions and/or concerns with quick replies. Look forward to going back.

Great Rental & Communication!

Our family of four rented this property for 12 days and had an absolute blast! The property was conveniently and centrally located to all that Central Florida has to offer and was clean/exactly as described. Pool and property amenities were perfect for us. The owner Jay was very helpful with the information provided and was exceptionally communicative and responsive any time we reached out. We encountered an unexpected issue with the A/C failing to work one day due to a landscaper inadvertently cutting the external wires and Jay’s property manager had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area! - Manny

Great owner, Tired property

The owner was extremely responsive and the communication was excellent. However the property grounds and unit are all in need of updating. You can hear the highway from the master bedroom all night long. In the guest bedroom has a bank of four air conditioners outside of the window. The neighborhood has permanent residence residing in it.Some of which in the neighboring property seem sketchy at best.

The check-in process couldn't have been better and the location was fantastic!

The location is central to beaches on both coasts and very close to Disney and other attractions. It's near grocery and plenty of restaurants. The place was very clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again on another visit.

Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Our Host, Jay, was excellent, very accommodating, and quick to respond to our messages. The reservation process was very easy and the Condo was exactly as pictured. It was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our visit - it was perfect!. The location was great for Disney and there are plenty of restaurants very close by. We will definitely book again and look forward to our next stay here!

Christmas vacation

The property was not up to my standards. It really need a good cleaning and makeover. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a brick. The sofa cushions were so thin you could feel the sofa bed underneath. The unit is right at the highway so the noise is unbearable

Great place & location!

This house was clean, spacious, exactly how it was pictured on VRBO, and in a perfect location. There was a ton of restaurants within 5 minutes, making it very easy to get to and from the condo. Jay was a great host and was very easy to contact, he made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice and made our short weekend stay perfect.

This was a great property for our short weekend trip to the Orlando area. The entire process was very was very streamlined and thorough from the detailed instructions and information to the final check out. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Fantastic property just outside Orlando. Communications with the Jay were great from the time we booked until we got home. The apartment has everything you need especially if you are doing some self catering. The resort is very good too with an excellent swimming pool, gym and even a small cinema. Champions gate has lots of restaurants so you can stay local after a day out at the theme parks ! We would go back if we returned to Orlando.

Very good location for family / Beau compromis pour les familles

We stayed 8 days/ 7 nights for 5 people (kids 12,10 and 8). The condo was top shape / well equiped / location is closed to Disney less 15 mins. Pool is perfect and always cleaned. Jason is a good host / great communication / it’s simple and easy to joined him at anytime. Pour les francais, nous avons passé 1 semaine complète pour une famille de 5 personnes dont 3 enfants de 12,10 et 8 ans. Le condo est bien équipe en vaiselle / electros / literie / air clims / c’est tres bien situé (15 minutes de Disney). Il y a un Publix en moins de 5 mins sinon plusieurs restos interessants comme Miller Ale, meme les dejeuners First Watch et Panera Bread. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les cabana. L’entourage demeure familiale et nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec le voisinage. Jason est un super hôte. Il donne toutes les directives / communique bien et toujours disponible. Le prix est tres concurrentiel. Nous donnons 9.5 sur notre sejour.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

This condo Lives up to all of its photos. From the minute we walked in the door we felt at home. The entire time we stayed there was never something I felt I needed that I didn’t have. We had excellent communication from the owner throughout the process and we truly felt like someone’s guest staying at this beautiful condo. We would happily book again!

A stylish apartment in Championsgate

The apartment is beautifully styled with all the facilities you need for a holiday near the theme parks. Jason, the owner, was extremely helpful and was quick to respond with any queries. He even let us check in early! We made use of the kitchen facilities which is a bonus for a family of 4. The resort has a lovely pool with ample pool towels. There is noise from the highway but other than that the resort was quiet and relaxing. We could have rented DVD's to watch in the resort cinema room but we were happy to relax watching netflix in the apartment.

Disney Trip

The Condo was lovely and suited our needs just great for a short Disney stay. We had a delay with check in as the cleaning people were late with having condo ready but I give huge props to the owner for handling it immediately and making amends for our inconvenience. Convenient to Disney and amenities are great. Plan on staying again next year.

Family vacation

Jason is such a great host. He is very interested that you will have a great time in his beautiful condo. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Our boys enjoyed splashing in the pool. If you travel with kids check out the playground at the north east regional park (max 15 min. ride). We have been there this vacation several times and two years ago. Thank you Jason!

Fantastic remodel

Very nice tropical Florida feeling, close to shopping,restaurants,Disney,groceries. Condo has every thing a family would need ,including use of pool and workout area. Beautiful interior decorated. Absolutely would recommend this condo! Jim and Chris

Great first floor condo in a low-traffic area of the resort

Jason’s place was spotless, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Our family of four (two adults/two kids) had plenty of room and didn’t lack for a thing. The resort itself is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and of course - the grand mouse, Mickey. Check-in was extremely easy and Jason checked in on us via text/email to make sure we were all happy and didn’t need anything. Recommend!

Lovely Resort

Had a great time at Jason’s condo in Tuscana Resort. The condo is very well equipped, a real ‘home from home’. Very clean with good quality furnishings & electrical goods. Jason is a very attentive host & checked with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The resorts itself is very nice, we stayed there 10 years ago, (in a different condo) & the grounds, pool area & clubhouse are still immaculate. The restaurants nearby are great, Champions Gate is a really nice area. It’s a great base for traveling to the theme parks & shopping.

Fabulous!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was clean with updated furnishings. The beds were super comfortable and I'm usually pretty picky about this. The location is convenient to most anything and only about 10-15 min from the Disney parks. It is located in a safe area within a gated resort. There is a grocery store and dining about 2 min away. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He checked on us several times making sure our stay was as expected. We will definitely be renting again here if we are in the area and plan to share this fabulous place with all of our friends!

Very clean, only 15 miles from SeaWorld, Nicely Decorated

We highly enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and dishes to cook meals, the showers had good water pressure, cable and wifi available, and plenty of towels and blankets. The king beds were very comfortable and had good back support. I had messed up our reservations during our stay and the owner was quick to respond and helped me out. My daughter also left her teddy bear and the owner was awesome and was able to have the cleaning crew find the bear and ship the bear to my residence (my daughter had that bear since she was a baby, she's a teenager now!) Highly recommend!!
