Great family holiday

Check in was easy at the guard gate. The property was easy to locate on site and we managed to find parking close enough every day. Beds were comfortable, kitchen comes with a brilliant oven, microwave, a good fridge freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher which we used at the start of our stay as some items in the cupboards were dirty so we washed everything!We felt we could have done with cleaning products (had a broom and vacuum) I appreciate Stephen telling me they didn’t supply them due to people’s allergies but they did supply shower gel, soap, a few washing pods and washing detergent (all very helpful) so this doesn’t make sense to me, supplying some environmental friendly cleaning products would be so helpful for the customer to keep the apartment clean during their stay. Aircon worked well, showers were both good and the washer and dryer were great. We used the pool which was fab. The only thing we struggled with isn’t anything that the host could be responsible for but being so close to the entrance and the front gate meant that it was very noisy at times, cars revving and beeping horns and people talking loudly, yelling, the guard people listening to music loudly and having a fun shift, it all meant we were being woken often during the night and early morning and it wasn’t what we wanted on holiday! The accommodation was comfortable and suitable for our family, it was perfectly placed for us to visit Disney, Universal and all the shops we wanted to check out.

Great Place

Unit was very clean and well appointed owner was easy to contact and replied quickly. We had an incident there and owner responed quite quickly. Only issue was we had to leave the unit 4 days early but were reinbursued for this issue.

Two Weeks at Venetian Bay

We were very pleased with the location of Venetian Bay Resorts. This was our first trip in the winter months and it exceeded our expectations. The townhouse was lovely as was the grounds and pool area where we were located. The beds were comfortable, towels were quality, and all amenities were in working condition.

College bound

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The community is large and safe. I like especially how you have to register your vehicle if you are renting there, so no one could just 'pull up' on you.Security officers were friendly for the most part.Only take away would be that it was a bit noisey but not too much since I stayed in the townhouse closest to the road. Overall its a great property.

Very nice complex me and my family stayed at.

Overall everthing was good; beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows, bathroom were clean and worked well with plenty of towels, kitchen had a lot of dishes but could of used a toaster, tvs in each room and worked well. There was a washer and dryer but the dryer didnt work well needed to run the dryer twice for clothes to dry. Had nice fans in each room (but the fan in the room with 2 beds didnt work). The place was very nice, there was 4 pools and the main pool was heated. Overall I would come back and stay in the same unit. Definity a very nice place to stay for vacation.
