Welcome to Sunshine Grove Villa, a modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome built in 2021, located in the beautiful Storey Lake Resort. Designed for comfort and style, this home combines contemporary furnishings with all the amenities you need for a relaxing Florida getaway. Whether you’re returning from a day at Disney or exploring Orlando’s attractions, this villa provides the perfect retreat for families and groups of up to 8 guests.

The open-concept floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pendant lighting, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area accommodates 6 guests, while the living room invites you to relax on the sofa and love seat in front of the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi ensures everyone can stay connected during your stay.

The villa offers a private splash pool perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort: a downstairs guest suite with a King bed and TV, and upstairs, two King suites and a Mickey Mouse-themed twin bedroom for the kids. Every detail has been considered to make your vacation memorable, from the cozy bedrooms to the inviting outdoor space.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Family vacation

There was issues with the sliding door near the living where it was not locking. That wasn’t safe. I reported the problem, no one came to fix the problem. Someone put a hole in the screen door out by the pool. Where they can stick their hand through the hole and open the screen door to enter the property. In overall it was great l

Wrong place vs map on VRBO

The house is as seen on the site. On the other hand, we chose this house particularly because on the map in VRBO it was very close to the swimming pool, water slides, etc. Upon our arrival we find that we are 5 minutes by car from these facilities. The information on the card is wrong. There were cheaper rentals and a little further from the services, having had this information we would not have paid more for nothing. We paid more for something that we did not have! In this area, the swimming pool and all the structures are under construction...The children were disappointed.

Return to Storey Lake

This was our 3rd time staying at a property in Storey Lake. We always get good value anytime we stay. This place was fairly new, and it appeared none of the previous guests left anything for communal use such as hand soap or laundry/ dishwasher detergent, so we bought it all ourselves. The screened-in pool was definitely beneficial with 2 kids around. It was about a 2 mile drive to the community pool (although they are building one for this new part of the community). We did have to communicate with the owner to send maintenance due to the fridge water filter needing replacement and a minor issue with the dining table, and while we got a response back no crew came to repair the issues. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay.

Amazing Story Lake Town Home With Pool

A beautiful home, clean, spacious! We had 4 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child and 1 infant and at no time did it feel like we were sardines. Plenty of room! Loved the pool!
