Located in the private community of Weston Hills located just 20 minutes to the Walk Disney World Resort area and 35 minutes from Universal. Perfect spot to stay with the family while exploring the many nearby attractions. Pet Friendly (+$)

Bedrooms:
- 1st Bedroom (Master): King bed, closet, sitting chair, private ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan
- 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, small dresser, ceiling fan
- 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, desk, closet, built-in wall shelving, ceiling fan
- 4th Bedroom : Twin bed, small dresser, ceiling fan

Family Room (open to the kitchen):
- TV. No cable TV, but you may log in to your own streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu on the apps.
- Sectional sofa and single chair
- Office nook perfect if you need to catch up on work during your vacation - desk, chair, and table lamp

Living Room:
- Futon and 2 lounge chairs

Laundry Room:
- Washer and dryer
- Extra towels and pool towels
- Laundry detergent

Porch:
- Accessed from family room and kitchen area
- Table and 4 chairs to relax outside

THINGS TO BRING (items not at the house):
- Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other personal toiletries
- Kitchen: all food related items (some herb/spices/etc will be there but I cannot guarantee selection)

THINGS PROVIDED AT THE HOUSE:
- Bedrooms: bed sheets, pillow cases, pillows, and comforters/blankets
- Bathrooms: Toilet paper and hand soap
- Kitchen: dish soap, sponge, surface cleaner
- Laundry: laundry detergent

The community is gated. Your driver's license will serve as your gate pass/card. The first and last names of all guests will be required to grant all guests access to the community and the state and license plate number for ALL vehicles.
