Vista Cay Resort

Nice quiet condo located in Vista Cay. Modern amenities and well kept apartment. Close to pool.

Cleanliness was terrible

Upon arrival checkin was very smooth with the door access code. The couch was very dirty- it appeared to have some type of fabric covering that looked like it had never been cleaned. It is a black fabric and it appeared that some activity after effects were left on it. The toilet paper holder in the shared bathroom fell off the wall with the first use and there was other small/minor affects from other stays. There was a dead bug in the “master’ bedroom. The fridge does not have a bottom shelf so when u go to set something on it, not realizing it, your stuff falls down into the crispers. I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room and pictures can be deceiving. The room is not stocked with any washcloths so bring your own. When I called to communicate the issues upon arrival (with how gross the couch was, dead bug, and the toilet paper holder) the lady could not understand me at all even after I spelled my name three times (Brandi) she would day Tracey & that she couldn’t find my reservation…I asked to give her my unit number, address, spell my name again, etc. and then she hung up on me twice before sending a text saying the connection was poor. My husband called right next to me and no issues. The owner of the unit came, walked in, said I’m not replacing the couch just because you don’t like it, and my husband told him to leave. It wasn’t that we were asking for a new couch…we were making a complaint about the overall cleanliness & they didn’t care.

Great location

Vista Cay is located perfectly to everything. The convention Center, Universal, Disney, Airport. Lots to do around the area. Great restaurants, great weather!

Wonderful!!

We have booked this property before and really like it. The location is great. Right next door to a small shopping center that includes a grocery store and several fun restaurants. There are two pools, a nice clubhouse and a great walking path. The property manager was excellent and responded to questions lightning fast! Will book again.

Perfect location perfect vacation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this particular condo unit and the 4th time at the Vista Cay resort. Every time has been a fantastic experience. We love the convenience of the Publix right next door, the central location to all of the Orlando activities and restaurants and Airport. The property is always clean and well managed and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. We love it so much we are thinking of buying a condo for ourselves.

Great vacation with family

We had a wonderful time visiting Orlando and Vista Cay condos makes it all possible. The location is perfect, my kids love the pool and we all love the convenience of the shopping strip right next door. We made several trips to Publix, The Diner, the massage parlor & the gaming center. The condo we stayed in was well managed and clean. They are constructing a new condo building right next door. They start work early during the week, but the workers are courteous and you can shut the doors and windows to block out most of the noise. And it looks like the work will be finished soon. Overall a great stay! Highly recommended and would love to come back next year.
