Do you want a spacious, open plan, modern villa in quiet estate with sunny SOUTH facing private 10m x 4m x 2m deep heated pool? Then Awenasa Villa sleeping a maximum of 8 should be your first choice. We think that we are great value for money, you get everything you need in the villa for a comfortable stay, why look elsewhere? Awenasa Villa is a fully self catering villa with all that you need for your stay.

Awenasa Villa is 15 miles drive to Walt Disney World and 25 miles drive to Universal Studios.

Your master bedroom (sleeps 2) comes with a king sized bed, 40" flatscreen TV, ensuite with twin sinks, jacuzzi bath and shower. Step straight onto the pool patio through handy sliding doors. You will have more than enough storage space in the large walk-in cupboard for clothes. A foldaway cot and playpen (bedding not provided) is provided free for baby.

Equally comfortable is the queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with its own bathroom - a toilet and shower, with privacy by a sliding door and also direct pool access. Be sure to relax with your feet up and watch the flatscreen TV! Again, a large walk-in cupboard will hold all your holiday clothes.

Our third bedroom has two single beds (sleeps 2) and is adjacent to the third bathroom. More than enough storage space again in the large cupboard.

For the really young at heart put them into the Disney Room, the fourth bedroom (sleeps 4). It's all fun here with a single bed and a bunk (lower double and single upper). Again, the room is adjacent to the third bathroom.

Your kitchen is absolutely bursting with everything you'll need for a complete self catering vacation!

The main lounge is where to relax, perhaps take in some local TV or streamed services. A second lounge is ideal for a change of seating area! Dine open plan in the spacious open area adjacent to the kitchen. Your pool is never far away, just a few steps outside the lounge doors, protected by child alarms as are all the pool doors and windows. The covered lanai is the retreat from the Floridian sun, and you'll appreciate the ceiling fan to cool you down further.

The utility room has a washing machine and a dryer.

FREE UNLIMITED fast internet is available through the whole house and pool deck. Local and long distance calls within the USA and Canada are free, and International calls may be made with a prepay calling card obtained from supermarkets.

If you have come for the Florida sunshine, you will most certainly get it relaxing all day on the privacy pool deck, from early morning to sunset. Or sit outside in the balmy Florida evening after a day at the Parks with a well deserved drink. Grill your choice of food on the gas grill, gas included in the rental. Cool down in the large pool, 10m x 4m x 2m deep, shallow end 1m with steps. Between October and May we recommend pool heating ($25/night) just to make that swim really comfortable.

The villa is air conditioned throughout, and all rooms are centrally heated in case of any cool winter evenings.

Your children (and adults!) will have a great time at the pool table. For baby there is a high chair and a stroller; we've also provided 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, a full set of beach towels and 2 bicycles + helmets all at no extra cost.

We have a reliable management team who will look after you while in the villa. They are on hand to make your stay safe and comfortable.
