Our apartment have a beautiful lake view with a balcony to relax and enjoy. Walking distance to the Club house. Ideal First floor. 
2 Bedrooms apartment with one Master bedroom with King size bed and a 2nd Bedroom, with Disney Decor Bunk bed with twin over full size bed and a extra twin bed. Also, in living room, you can find a Futon that fit an extra guest. 
Management company on site ready to help and assist.

Great Stay

We stayed here during the AAU Girls Volleyball tournament. It was about a 30 minute drive but so worth it. The apartment was perfection. Clean, comfortable beds, roomy spaces, etc. We had four ppl and had plenty of space. My only suggestion to the management would be adding a few more towels. One per person isn't enough when you have teen girls with a lot of hair! ;) The only reason I took a star off for cleanliness is the guest bathroom tub did not drain well and there was no offer to come fix the issue. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work and some of the remotes did not have batteries.Communication with Arturo (the owner?) was so amazing! He was always available and responded quickly the few times we had questions. The amenities (pool,etc) was very nice. We felt very safe in the complex and parking was easy!

Wonderful stay

The condo is beautiful and well equipped. It is clean and perfect. The walking distance to the pool area is great. The resort is wonderful and the location is very good. Close distance to the Disney Parks. We really loved our stay in this condo.

Great condo and close to many activities

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the condo was as described/pictured. Spacious for the 4 of us and clean. We were able to make meals and wash clothes. My only negative things were for the 10 days we stayed, they could have given us a few more rolls of toilet paper and maybe one more garbage bag. Also, the TVs were hard to figure out, but we made the best of it. We also really enjoyed the use of the local clubhouse pool area. That helped to unwind a few times there. Overall, great place to stay.

Kissimmee vacation condo

Overall an excellent stay. Property manager excellent and extremely accommodating anything we needed thy came through with promptly. The location was perfect to the parks minutes away. (Disney, SeaWorld & Universal)

It was a great week.

We loved the condo and loved that it was walkable to the clubhouse lazy river and slides ❤️. It was extremely clean. It is located where there's a good amount of traffic but was close to everything.

Great Stay

This property is very pleasant, very clean and nicely decorated. Everything went smoothly. Enjoyed being close to the pool, shopping and restaurants. Overall a very nice stay.

Great stay with minimal issues

This place was exactly as shown in pictures and very clean. The reaort waterpark was perfect for our 1 y/o and 3 y/o. Only issues we ran into was wifi was not working but I contacted them right away and they had it fixed within a few hours and worked fine for the duration of our stay. Also we werent aware that there would be limited toilet paper and no coffee. Condo only supplied 1 roll in each bathroom. Other than that this place is a 5star.

Home away from home

Brought the Grands here for something different. Nice location. Close to everything, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be able to relax. We had 2 adults and 3 children and fit comfortably for the week. Other than a few minor inconveniences, this place had it all! Would definitely book again.

Fantastic Place

The apartment was spotless! We loved the place overall and would definitely return for future Disney vacations. The only downfalls and reason for 4/5 stars is because the ice machine in refrigerator didn’t work and since it’s on the ground level we could hear people above us walking around late at night.

Great location!

The property was very clean and the location was perfect! Everything in the pictures is was it looks like. Close to the parks, stores, and general shopping. The Construction is new and it has a decent water park perfect for kids. Neighbors sometimes are a little bit noisy, but in general we enjoyed our stay in the property. Thank you!

Amazing property

House was perfect. Everything was spotless, super clean and decoration super cute and the club house is also amazing. My daughter's had a blast. I would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.
