Our wonderful condo is located closed to all parks and stores in the "mediterranean-style" subdivision of Bella Piazza and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Bella Piazza’s resort facilities include a spacious clubhouse, game room, business center, two resort-style pools, outdoor spa, children’s water playground at the main pool resort complex, fitness center, 2 outdoor kitchen and BBQ grills - one in the main clubhouse resort complex and another in a smaller resort complex - all this set in lush tropical landscaping. The unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is provided with high standard amenities. The living area is fully furnished with comfortable sofa and loveseat, chair and flat-screen television. The interior of the unit includes formal dining area that can accommodate 4 persons, breakfast bar with 2 bar stools and a kitchen that is provided with cooking amenities. The bed configuration comes with a master suite with king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. After a busy day in the parks or shopping in the outlet stores, a lanai with coffee table is the perfect place to relax. The community is just a few miles drive away from the famous attractions (Disney: 15 min - Golf courses: 5 minutes). And you can even walk to your grocery store (Publix) or your favorite diner or bar... as there is a plaza with lots of local businesses (Irish Pub, Fish n Chps, Italian and Chinese restaurants...). Do NOT wait or it could be booked before you know it. Magical memories guaranteed. (Access to the condo: stairs or elevator).

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.

$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
