A door code will be provided for direct entry, eliminating the need for front-desk check-in. You'll have full access to the entire unit. Conveniently, there is abundant parking available right outside your door.

Our team includes on-call property managers, maintenance staff, and cleaning personnel, ready to address any concerns or requests you may have.

The resort's amenities are available daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Additionally, a handy complimentary shuttle service is provided within the resort, offering transportation from your apartment to the water park or any other location within the resort.

Food: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments (except salt and pepper) will be provided prior to check in.

Security: For your safety and security, our property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera located at the main entrance. This camera monitors the exterior of the home. Please be aware that it does not capture any private indoor areas.
