SIMPLY AMAZING!

The house was well kept and clean! It was so perfect for our group of 9. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. The theatre room and pool were a hit. We had an issue with the pool light not coming on and the downstairs AC stopped working-called maintenance and they came (quickly) and fixed both. Great stay!

Great get away

The house is very big with lots of space and was fantastic for 2 families. This home is in a nice location walking distance to the clubhouse, larger resort pools etc. Many areas of common space and many bedrooms. The teens all were able to have their own rooms yet hang out in the common spaces. 2 king master suites, one on main level and one on upper level. The kitchen is large and has 2 coffee pots, blender, 4 slice toaster, lots of utensils and silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. One thing it was missing is baking dishes for say brownies cakes etc. I just bought disposable foil ones. The outdoor space is great with lounge chairs and couches. The spa gets really warm and we all enjoyed the pool as well. The air conditioning worked well. The rental Company was fantastic at communication and responding to a couple things that came up. I have rented houses in this resort for four years and this company has been the best one yet! This house would be my second favorite house in this resort so far. All the beds in this house are very low to the ground, if you can’t get up off the floor from about 18” do NOT rent this house. There are no fans for air movement. Ceiling fans in the upstairs would be a nice addition for air movement. We did see a few roaches and notified the property managment, they will addressed this.

We had a great time - house was great. Only negative was things not included - I would think grill would be provided but you had to rent one and hot tub wasn’t heated unless you paid extra for that. But other than that it was perfect - good location, nice clean house. All good!

Great family vacation

The process of booking the house and the pictures represent the house well. The home was very spacious and of course the pool was the kids favorite part. But the theater space was used the most. The only con would be the showers, big but no space for soap or shampoo. I would recommend the property.

Needs some attention

Beautiful house that looked perfect online for our Thanksgiving vacation with family!!! Upon our arrival, everything was perfect... BUT the house needs some “home” features... 1. There was only 1 large pot and 1 medium pot for a home that lists it will sleep up to 18 people!!! No mixer, no blender and NO extra blankets! Ceiling fan was broken in the Lion King Room and nothing was given except an “I’m Sorry”.... I also communicated with them that I would like to order a PPV sports event on Saturday night and I was told that it could be done through Spectrum.... Nice 100 inch Screen in the media room was almost too good to be true!!! Well, it was! The surround sound in the media room was broken and again, all I got was “I’m sorry”. For the price of the home, THERE SHOULD BE NO ISSUES! I didn’t hold them to the disastrous 2 hours of NO ELECTRICITY in the entire community at 1pm on THANKSGIVING DAY!!! You guys have to do better and NOT lose the human element when renting your homes! This stay should’ve been discounted without even being asked with the issues that had to be dealt with....
