Experience luxury and elegance at Bear's Den Delight, a custom-built retreat located in the highly sought-after Bear's Den neighborhood of Reunion Resort. This spacious and peaceful end lot boasts an extended patio and yard, perfect for a large family gathering. With plenty of space and entertainment under the roof, this luxurious home will be perfect for making family memories.
Upon entering the front door, guests are greeted by an open living area with stunning views of the expanded patio and a private pool. The modern kitchen features white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an oversize island counter with bar seating for five. The chef of the family will appreciate being able to cook up their favorite meal on the gas range stove. Guests can enjoy coffee from the Keurig or standard Ninja coffee makers in the morning. The living room features three comfortable leather sofas, a 75" wall-mounted smart TV, and an electric fireplace with heat, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. All of this is set with the backdrop of a custom stone accent wall in the living room.
For hours of entertainment, guests can enjoy the private arcade hidden off of the kitchen, featuring a variety of games such as Batman ride-on arcade, Hoop Fever basketball, Skee-Ball, Golden Tee, and Buck Hunter. The arcade has custom galactic murals and arcade-style flooring, making guests feel like they are in their own private resort.
The resort experience continues outdoors with an oversized patio featuring a private heated pool and spillover spa, surrounded by plenty of seating and a kitchen area with a built-in gas grill, sink, and outdoor fridge. The outdoor living area offers additional seating and dual outdoor ceiling fans for comfort. The pool deck offers lounge chairs for sunbathing and built-in bench seating for relaxation. The half bathroom just inside off of the kitchen offers convenience for pool-goers.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 5 cars per address. Please note that all vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted within the Bears Den community and vehicles parked on the street will be towed.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
