Check-in was super smooth and they provided the address for food delivery. We had a lot of weather while we were there, but they always communicated what pools were open/water park open. The stores are small but the general store has everything you could want - even Disney themes bathbombs and such (which my kid loved). It was great. The room was clean and quiet, the staff was awesome, the host was so easy to work with. Fabulous trip.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. We did not receive the room advertised, but rather a slightly upgraded one, so no complaints there. The room was not super clean, but we made do. Our biggest complaint was a phone call after the first night of our 3 day stay, pressuring us to move to a "fullyrenovated, upgraded room
