Questo splendido nuovissimo 5 camere da letto, 4. 5 casa vacanza in affitto bagno nella splendida Solterra Resort, Davenport, in Florida! C'è abbastanza spazio per l'intera famiglia in questo paradiso di ville in stile Disney, aperto e spazioso, a 2 piani. La posizione non potrebbe essere migliore. A pochi minuti da Walt Disney World e da altre famose attrazioni di Orlando come Universal Studios, Seaworld e Legoland, la nostra villa in affitto a Solterra Resort è situata all'Interstate 4 e Hwy 27. Facile accesso a negozi, ristoranti e golf di classe mondiale. Solterra Resort è una comunità chiusa e sicura a pochi istanti dalla magia, ma abbastanza lontano per sperimentare la pace dal distretto turistico occupato. Solterra Resort è a 15 minuti da Disney con accesso all'Interstatale a soli 3-5 minuti dall'ingresso. La nostra villa di lusso offre una zona giorno completa al piano di sotto e un soppalco separato al piano superiore entrambi con grandi televisori a schermo piatto per godersi una serata al cinema e giocare in un giorno rilassante nei parchi. Nessun dettaglio è stato risparmiato in quanto i proprietari hanno assicurato che ogni vostra esigenza è indirizzata da una cucina ben fornita alla scelta di colori di vernice rinfrescanti. Puoi avere una villa in affitto nella zona Disney per meno e ottenere molto meno. Ma qui nella nostra villa avrete i materassi di qualità superiore, per notti perfette dormire con lenzuola di qualità e molto altro ancora. Questa villa in affitto a Solterra Resort è lussuosa, divertente per la famiglia e rilassante per gli adulti! Servizi del resort Include una club house di 6700 piedi quadrati, piscina, spa, centro fitness, centro business (con accesso a Internet per essere sempre connesso!), pallavolo, tennis, parco giochi per bambini e un'area picnic dove potrete gustare un pasto e rilassarvi.

Disappointing

The house was in poor shape. The couches had dirty covers on them and we ended up taking them off and washing them. Our refrigerator was leaking and did not make ice. The property manager was not helpful and offered to reimburse us for our trouble but never did. They charged us double for the pool heat and we have not been reimbursed for that either. Very very disappointed. This is the first time we have used VRBO and will not be using them again!

A little dirty and lots of wear and tear on the property but the location is good but very busy and the community pool area is also pretty busy. Not much outside privacy and some very loud neighbors but overall not too bad if you want to be in solterra.

As far the house and Nelson it was good. But the house does need improvement.

Things we found while there that needs improvement: 1. The cleaning left only 2 towels in each bath room. This house can hold 13 and only 11 towels - that not even one a piece. NO wash rags in the house anywhere 2. Couch has holes at the top of cushions both sides 3. Had trouble with TV in living room coming on 4. A lot of lights have only on bulb 5. Closest lights not working 6. Really need to have TV in all rooms upstairs 7. And the most concerning is there a shortage in the kitchen lights-comes on off especially when someone walking up stairs Something about the resort - Pool area two things - Closing everything way to early and the restaurant food is great but the wait time is awful-beyond awful. The manager actually said to my husband that if he knew how to take orders he would help. Management is awful in the area!!

HMM.. I've rented better homes....

For the past 6 years my family has stayed at the Solterra Resort in the most amazing homes. This home had many issues and left us underwhelmed and disappointed because we were not able to fully utilize to property. 1. The home was dirty upon arrival. There were stains and marks everywhere. I took pictures and sent them to the property management the moment we arrived. Stains were on the couches and chair in the living-room area and the kitchen was not wiped down. 2. We called the property manager prior to booking and asked if there were TVs in all of the bedroom and was told "YES", Upon our arrival there were only 2 bedrooms that had TVs (the 2 queen master bedroom and the 2 twin kids room (not 2 queens). I contacted the property manager and was texted back. I brought up the TV situation and was told that the owner advised them that there were TVs in each room. Then I was informed that they would purchase and deliver a TV to us that never arrived. Once I inquired about the TV again, I was told that any purchase over $200 needed to owners approval. I asked they If I could be kept up to date but never received a reply back. 3. The rooms were set up not to be comfortable but to put as many guests in the room as possible. The only true master has 2 queens beds in it . It was complete waste of a master suite. The 2nd double queen room is actually a double twin room. The rooms are TINY, all with the exception of the "master" with the 2 queens. There weren't any dresses in the other rooms and only 1 night stand per room. 4. There weren't any HDMI cables to connect the TVs in the bedroom to the cable box. (we used one of our own and called mgnt.) 5. The sliding door that accesses the pool /patio are didn't lock. We had 3 small kids with us under the age of 7 and this was not safe nor did we feel safe knowing someone could just walk in through the back. ( fixed the next day) 6. There wasn't any outdoor lighting for the pool and patio. Again I have stayed in many homes in this community. All pools have had pool lighting for nighttime dips. 7. The pool didn't have pool depth markers. And we had no idea how deep the pool was in different areas. 8. The hot-tub didn't work. The switch for the hot-tub was hanging off of the walls. (Although it was reattached after our call, it never worked) DISAPPOINTED Although the property manager responded quickly there was little to no effort getting our issues resolved. The beds were AMAZING.
