Just 12 minutes from Disney World with easy access to the 192 that will take you to many more attractions, theme parks such as Sea World, Universal Studios, water parks, restaurants of all kinds, golf, shops (Ross, Target, Nike) , supermarkets (Walmart, publix, Aldi), in addition to having a quiet, prestigious and comfortable area for your vacations in the city of Kissimmee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and its facilities.
Other things to note
Days before your visit we will send a file with the instructions for check-in.
The house is totally independent, this means that you must bring all the supplies that you will consume or use during your stay. this includes food, drinks, toiletries, etc.

HOUSE RULES
- Minimum age 21 years to make the reservation
-NOT SMOKING is a strict rule VIOLATION $500 FINE. Smoking is allowed outside the house with windows and doors closed, there must be no cigarettes or smell in the house, otherwise the fine will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed
-Check-in from 16:00 pm to 10:00 pm
-Check-out before 11:00 am, if you go past the hour you will have a surcharge of $50 per hour
- The cleaning of the pool is done once a week by a professional company, if you are in the pool when they come, you will have to leave so they can do their job, their service usually takes 30 min.
- GARBAGE: please take out the garbage a day before and place it in the containers of the house in large bags, because if they do not do it, they do not take it, there are 2; one with a blue lid that is for recycled garbage such as cardboard, boxes, plastics, etc., which is collected on Wednesdays and the other container is for non-recycled garbage, this is collected on Thursdays, both containers are located in the outside of the house.
- LOST: We are not responsible for any item left on the property by guests, as a courtesy we will notify the guest by email about the item found and we will retain it for up to 30 days so that the guest can pick it up or send it to them as they wish .
- $12 surcharge for lost or damaged towel
- 10 guests maximum
- Parties or events are not allowed
- Surcharge of $100 per extra person than allowed

- Pet stay (only up to 60 pounds) $120 per week
