I apologize this horrible story needs to be told in more than 2000 Characters. (It’s that bad) We travel to Orlando every Easter and Thanksgiving for years. This was the worst experience we have ever had with both a home and especially a management company. ISSUE 1: We can’t check into the home until after 8pm due to maintenance. Issue 2: The AC doesn’t work. ISSUE 3: The pool is not heated. ISSUE 4: The place looked like it was poorly maintained. ISSUE 5: We attempted to run a load of laundry and the washer was broken. (We can’t even wash all of the Ants we find in our beds “Wait for it”) Casioloa Management is now closed as they have limited hours and are not located in Orlando. We head to bed in preparation for a new day...ISSUE 6: The beds were so HARD none of could get a good night sleep. We awaken to a warm and humid house and have to wait till 9:00 a.m. to report our issues... ISSUE 7: Water was leaking out of the water heater into the gaming room... ISSUE 8: I hear the SCREAM... “DAD.. THERE ARE ANTS IN MY BED!!!” I call Casiola many times, and explained all of my issues, (our children have food allergies and are extremely allergic to insect bites) All she was concerned with was the temperature in the home, (with NO EMPATHY) “We will send somebody out” I said we can’t stay here, we have kids that could die if they are stung by an Ant. She said, not my problem, Terminix will be out next week... She was very RUDE and really didn’t want to help... After a long debate, I asked for my money back, she said if you are out at 11am we will refund the “rest of your stay, not the entire amount”, I asked her, how am I supposed to find another place (on Easter weekend) in 60 minutes??? She yelled, NOT MY PROBLEM, GET OUT BEFORE 11AM!!! - No Apologies, No Empathy. We were left on the street with no place to stay and a company who would not refund all of our money...
