Villa di lusso a 4 letti a Orlando in "The Sanctuary" nella gated community di West Haven. West Haven è uno sviluppo magnificamente curato in un ambiente sereno e nelle immediate vicinanze di Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios e il nuovo Legoland. La villa dispone di quattro camere da letto composte da 1 Master Suite con letto super king, un enorme bagno privato e la sua e la sua cabina armadio, 2 ulteriori camere da letto di buone dimensioni con letti matrimoniali e 1 camera doppia, tutte con TV. C'è anche un secondo bagno accanto alle altre camere da letto e un bagno al piano di sotto. La villa dispone di 2 soggiorni open space al piano inferiore, cucina di lusso, 2 zone pranzo e TV a schermo piatto LCD 52 ', lettore DVD e console Xbox One. Il garage ha anche la sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, pallacanestro e fuzzball. All'esterno c'è un ampio patio con molti lettini, tavolo e sedie, un utile bagno esterno, doccia, barbecue a gas, piscina privata e spa che si affaccia su una splendida area protetta.

Porter family - July 2025

This was our second stay in this villa, our first visit being 10 years ago. The villa remains beautiful and we had a lovely stay here. We enjoyed all the villa had to offer, the games room and private pool being a favourite. The villa is well equipped and a home from home. The location is good for the Disney parks and close to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wonder home, accurately listed. If I had one slightly negative thing it would the limited parking offered. The drive really is not big enough for two full sized vehicles. Aside from that it was a wonderful trip in a nice home.

Christmas Stay

We stayed in this villa for three weeks and would highly recommend. Very peaceful out by the pool as it backs onto a lake and has everything you need inside the villa for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

Fantastic Villa

After having stayed at a handful of villas in the Davenport/Four Corners area, we can safely say that we have found "the one". Pride of ownership is very evident, as this property was spotless. Everything was as it was in the pictures, or even nicer, as they had recently upgraded the flooring from what we could tell. Communication with the owner was swift and concise. Incredible range of kitchen utensils, flatware, drinkware, and appliances. Bedrooms were very comfortable with nice quality mattresses. Bathrooms were spotless. And the whole family loved the pool and gameroom areas. I don't think you could ask for, nor expect, a more perfect rental. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again and again.

Second Stay!

This was our second stay in the past 12 months. It is our favourite Orlando villa! Perfect location. Well maintained and super homely. Stocked with so much kitchenware and towels. Our little one was thrilled by the addition of the tv to the Winnie the Pooh bedroom. We loved sitting out by the pool listening to the wildlife in the conservation behind. A real beauty spot, I don't think we could stay anywhere else in Orlando now!

We had a great week at our rental property. It’s a nice roomy home and our granddaughter loved the pool. The one thing that was difficult was the traffic. I assume that’s a normal thing here because it’s got so many things to see and do. I give this property an excellent rating and recommend highly!

Stunning property

Jon And Clare have a stunning property so spacious and clean The master suite is particularly excellent with vast space and two walk in wardrobes The Family loved the pool area and we had a fantastic barbecue one night The area is so nice and quiet and extremely safe with electric gates , minutes away from the i4 highway .communication with the property managers is great so if any issues arise like loss of internet it will be swiftly dealt with I would return here in a heartbeat Actually communicated with the owners and they were so helpful

Perfect vacation villa!

Loved our stay here in Florida. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for; good size and layout, great pool and outdoor area. The location is perfect for theme park visits and the Champions Gate area has everything you need for shopping and eating out etc. Would definitely consider another visit in the future.

Perfect Comfy Home

We enjoyed three nights here before getting on our Disney cruise. Everyone had plenty of space. The house was clean, cozy and just lovely. Having a private pool made for some happy kids!
