Beautiful Townhome at 4-Star Regal palms Resort

Spacious and comfortable End Unit Townhouse with 4 Bedroom and 3.5 Baths can sleep 10 (9 Adults/1 Kid) and is very located to Pool, SPA, Lazy river, water slide and club house with TV and Internet
The home has 4 Bedrooms: 2 king Suites, 1 Queen Suite w/ Twin Bed and 2 Twin Beds. Kitchen is fully furnished with Dishes, Coffee Machine, Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher
Regal Palms is a 4 Star Resort with complete Bar and Restaurant, can dine on pool side at Tiki Bar. Club house has a day Spa, extra charges apply for these by Regal Palms to use facility
There is a Resort fee that is charged by Regal Palms at $22/per day per visit, it will be collected at the time of Check In. Guests who booked the reservation have to pay this charge to the Front Desk before they get Keys

Not as advertised

This property is not as advertised. It lists 2 king bed suites however there is only 1 king. Also second suite is only accessible from outside the condo via a separate entrance and combination lock which should be considered if having children stay. This suite is only a double bed. Listing shows property sleeps 10 however, the kitchen is poorly equipped. There are only 7 bowls, 7 coffee mugs, 3 soup spoons, 3 teaspoons and only one-1qt cooking pot. There NO serving bowls, NO sheet pans however there are 3 strainers. There are only 6 chairs for main table; some of which have been duct taped due to tears in vinyl seats. When we arrived there was NO coffee maker or kettle however Property Mgmnt provided them 3 days later. Best part of kitchen was appliances were all in good condition and worked fine. The fridge also had water/ice dispenser which was nice feature. We had to have the Property Manager replace the washing machine as it was completely out of balance and jumped across the floor. The dryer would NOT dry clothes even after 5 cycles. Property Manager repaired dryer 5 days later. Overall the property needs maintenance as baseboards are very scuffed and in need of painting. The main level floor is curling from previous water damage and main powder room is also stained from water damage. Definitely not up to our expectations based upon previous rentals in Florida and personally renting our own property in Florida in past.

Short 5 day stay

Property not as advertised. Outdated furniture. Limited amenities. One towel for each person. Limited toilet paper. Shower plumbing aged and hard to control. No garbage bags. Used to rental units with full range of amenities. No vacuum to clean with. Price was good for the unit but not what was described. Would probably not stay again.

Location: okay for disney. Not so great for universal theme parks. traffic is horrendous expect to be on the roads for an hr. Checkin: dont follow directions to townhouse. You need to go to Regal Palms resort office to checkin and get key to enter gates. There is a seperate Resort fee per night. Not included in night rate by homewoner. This Gives you access to resort and pool, arcade and pool towels. Townhouse could use an update. I would equate it to a Days Inn if it was a motel/hotel. Was not very clean when we checked in. With covid, some people may see this as an issue. Hair and dirt on floors. Bathroom rugs were dirty. Baseboards and grout are dirty. Bathtubs are very slippery (my husband fell) and the other adults had the same problem trying to keep from falling. No washcloths or hand towels. Only 8 towels provided for a 10 person rental.🤷‍♀️. Air Conditioner is to be set between 75 and 80. No lower as air conditioner freezes and you will be fined. Washer makes a really loud noise when it goes to spin cycle, then spins fine. Sofas dont work for elderly or people with back problems. Very low and difficult to get up from. Internet and cable were good. It has a 6 seater dining table not sure where to fit everyone else. Closets have paint buckets and carpentry supplies in them. Fire extinguisher is on second floor at head level to kids. Manager/ home owner will literally give you instructions to townhouse door access 30min before your arrival. I hope this helps everyone.

Great stay

The family had a great time at this location. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was a convienent location for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay and if we make another trip will def see if our dates match for this location next time.
