Great place to stay. Plenty room, very easy to contact the host and they mover quickly with any request i made. Only problem is some rooms in the home stays hot and PARKING is horrible with more than 2 cars.

Vacay July 2024

The management/owner was very accommodating as we had several questions/concerns. Our main concern with the property was the very dated seating in both seating areas and the lack of alarm for the property. The projector never worked as maintenance came to repair it but never returned. Even with these minor issues, our family really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return once the couches are replaced.

The house is what the pictures show. There is 2 refrigerators, 2 dish washers, and 2 sets of washer/dryer. Made it so easy for all of us to function. There is a Kurig as well as a drip coffee pot, and plenty of dishes to go around. The resorts pool is roughly 2 blocks from the house. Parking is a little tight for larger suv but we made it work! Thank you for a great vacay rental!

Overall, the house was great and provided plenty of room, for a group of 10 senior citizens. More seating in the living would be helpful. The pool area at the house was great and the lanai also The biggest disappointment was with the resort the house was located in. The club house closed at 5:00pm They offered very little for adults like other resorts we’ve stayed at. Great for kids and pool closed at 10 pm.

The house was clean, in a great location. The pool brought the atmosphere together. The neighborhood was quiet with a neighborhood pool, lazy river, water slide with a food and bathrooms area. Highly recommended!

Spring Break

Overall the property was was neat and clean. Our pool and hot tub heat were not working though. We attempted multiple times to get it fixed and the communication was horrible. We had 3 families with children, and the rental to our left were heavy partakers in marajuana. The smell outside at the pool was awful because of it. If management had returned our calls or attempted to fix these minor things prior to the last day of our stay, it would have been perfect.

All in all it was good BUT be not what is pictured!

Overall our stay was good because we made it that way! Good: Clubhouse, distance to clubhouse, awesome kitchen, lots of room. Needs Improvement: furniture was not what is pictured, it is worn and ripped, projection screen is very deceiving looks big but is really only the size of a tv and sound doesn’t work, none of the tvs in the bedrooms had the right remotes and some just didn’t work, just really surfaced cleaned, property needs a deep cleaning BIGGEST PROBLEM: asked for the pool to be heated and we were on the phone every day because the heat was not on. Finally for the last 2 days it worked. This was the biggest disappointment.

Our stay was sooo lovely the pictures was the same the property manager was awesome.

I would definitely rent again if we have another huge group. My questions was answered very quickly I really don't have anything bad to say if I could give 10 stars I would have. This is the best place we have rented and we've been doing this quite a while. Thanks so much for making our vacation and tremendous.
