To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essentials:

• 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
• 2 small bar soaps per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towels
• Laundry detergent for 1 load
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 small bottle of dish detergent
• 2 trash bags per container

Once these starter supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• AIR CONDITIONING: The thermostat cannot be set below 72°F. Setting the AC below 72°F may cause the system to freeze and stop working.

• SECURITY: An active Ring Video Doorbell is located at the front door of the property and records video/audio activity at the entrance.
