This home has beautiful bones. The home was designed well, but the listing details were not honest and neither is the host. He was difficult to contact and last minute with important details.The reclining chairs do not recline, the carpet nor linen were clean, the lights in the home flicker on and off (seems to be a short somewhere), we did not have hot one in one room, and we had a list of maintenance to be completed during our stay, of which only a few were taken care. We also found a rouch by the washer & dryer. Jose with VIP Orlando is difficult to get in touch with and he charged us for unclean linen (of which we had picture documentation) when we sent a message stating we had unclean linen. Towing is a huge deal in this community. 30 cars were towed in one night. No lie and they were towed because wheels, not the whole car, were on the grass. Seriously. There were several cars towed by Towlando and it was a headache to get your car back. I would not recommend renting this home or within this community, 0/10.
