This property is as described. It is a great location to the convention center and theme parks in the area. It is a great set up for a family having extra bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom has 2 fulls which was a nice surprise (we were expecting twin beds). My teens mentioned that one bed was very comfortable, while the other was not. The primary bedroom was wonderful and the bathroom has alot of space. The mattress could use an update, it was comfortable in some spots and not in others. Laundry was a must for this trip and the washer/dryer stackables worked great. Overall, the stay was great! I would stay again.

The overall property was nice and easy access to Universal Parks. The resort was nice and enjoyed the pool area. The property was clean but we did see a few ants in different areas. If you have a small family, I would recommend.

4 night stay with teens

This was our first stay in this particular condo but our third visit to Vista Cay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and checkout was easy and efficient. The Vista Cay property is great and super convenient to the convention center, parks, grocery and restaurants.

Awesome Location

Great location when we stayed for a conference at the Orange County convention center. Easy to walk to Publix groceries, stores and restaurants. Condo itself is nice with easy access to pool, lots and very updated interior. Beds were very comfortable.Only negative is super light on toiletries and cooking basics. Not even salt and pepper and 1 roll of TP in each bathroom for a 4 night stay. We were made aware of this before checkin just surprised as we rent a lot of places and it's never that bare.

Business trip with family fun!

The property is how it looks online. It was beautiful, clean, and well kept. You can see the pool from the balcony. Our 3 kids (ages 13,19, and 21) enjoyed their rooms. We enjoyed the safety of the gated community. While my husband and I attended a business conference, the kids took Ubers to Disney one day, and Universal the other. The condo was close to everywhere we needed to go, and everything we wanted to do! Icon Park was fun to explore and the restaurants were great. The communication about the property was laid out before and during our stay. It was very easy to follow which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay and enjoy this beautiful condo!

The Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It is a nicely decorated condo in a pretty setting. The pool with pool bar is a beautiful area in the next block behind the unit; close but not so close to hear "Marco Polo" all the time! The beds are comfortable and plenty of hot water for everyone to shower without running out. Very nice to have a washer and dryer, too! It has a nice porch with seating to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a shopping center right outside the gates of the property. It has a Subway, Dunkin' Donuts,and Beth's Burger Bar (has great burgers) to name a few. It also has a Publix. Very convenient to all of the parks and water parks. The owner is responsive. Check in and check out is a breeze. We would definitely book with this owner again !

Perfect spot

The place was the perfect little spot for our trip to Orlando for a volleyball tournament. Location is great, right across from the pool and close to Convention center. Condo was well supplied with kitchen stuff, towels, etc. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony as well. Would definitely recommend!

The location of this property was great. It was so close to Sea World & other forms of entertainment for the family. This property was close to the airport. Beautiful condo in a prime and secured location!

We booked this beautiful condo in order to attend Megacon all weekend and it did not disappoint at all! It beat driving back and forth to Orlando like we had done in prior years. Will book again next year if available.

Good Location for tradeshows at Orange County

Overall our experience was very good. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. There were a few minor issues that should be addressed which resulted in 4 stars. The hair dryer in the second bathroom has no back cover, so the fan is exposed which is dangerous. There was a cushion missing on the patio furniture, though I think that was due to wind. Some of the blinds were broken. The hot tub was not hot for the entire stay, and the hottub and pool on the other side of the resort were under construction. This was disappointing after a long day of working, but not the condo owners fault - though it would have been nice to know the larger pools and hot tub were under construction. No large issues, but the minor ones should be addressed.Proximity to the Orange County Convention center is very helpful as it only took 5 minutes to drive there.

The property worked perfect for our family vacation. It was located close to the theme parks and had easy access to the interstate. The property was as described and we felt like it was our home away from home. The whole process was easy and we would consider staying here again.

Weekend to visit Universal.

Weekend stay to go to Universal. Accommodation good, Publix convenient. Beth’s burger bar was very good. Bar prices in the pool were too high. Overall very successful stay.
