Welcome to Palm Breeze Manor, a luxurious 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa located in the prestigious gated community of Windsor Island. Designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests, making it the ideal destination for families and groups.

Step outside to your private screened-in pool, complete with a child safety fence, sun loungers, and stylish outdoor patio furniture, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, and a formal dining area where everyone can gather.

With plenty of space, fun themed bedrooms, and a resort-style atmosphere, Palm Breeze Manor is the perfect blend of comfort and excitement. Whether you’re enjoying a day by the pool, hosting a family dinner, or challenging friends in the games room, this villa has it all.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

House was nuce and big

We paid 200 dollars for cleaning and it wasnt very clean hair balls in shower drains carpet wasnt vacuumed. Pet hair under glass on the table mouse poop undersink by grill. Kitchen floor had lots of crumbs and hard noodles around the fridge dishes in cupboard had to be washed before use found dryed boogers around the pool pool turned green and cloudy and had to be treated while we were there.

Solid, but left some to be desired

We stayed with our family and friends, a party of 12 people. Pics were exceptional and we were expecting to get that. Unfortunately we hit many snags in our week. The AC needed repair upstairs and was 79 degrees when we arrived, finally by Friday after the repair (Freon added) was done it managed to drop to a bit. The filter for the system was caked in dust and that was not replaced. It probably had been in for several months. The washing machine was broken and it took 3 days to have it fixed. The Mortal Kombat arcade does not work. The football table had some wear and tear. The Harry Potter room is gorgeous, but beware that the top bunk is about 1.5 ft from the ceiling and we were unable to use this as the kids hit their heads. The grill outside is not for use. It’s in the pictures, but the fridge, sink and bbq are the owners personal appliances. We needed to rent a bbq. This is not a huge deal, but when looking at the house pics it was misleading as these things are shown. Unfortunately the water slides at the resort are down for “maintenance” right now. They had no idea on when they’d be functioning. The house itself is a good size and we did enjoy our time. Eventually main issues were resolved. We’ve been to this resort before and enjoyed it. We were just hopeful that there would not be that many issues. Hopefully as time goes on, they will be able to read these reviews and maintain the property better :)
