Whether you're counting down the days to Disney or planning a loose itinerary of pools, parks, and late mornings, this Reunion Resort home gives you a comfortable base to return to each evening.



Living space

The main floor opens into a bright, easy-flowing living area anchored by a large TV - a natural gathering spot after a day out. The dining area sits close by, spacious enough to bring everyone around the table, and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, wine glasses, cooking basics, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need. A half bathroom on this level keeps things convenient when everyone's moving around. Step outside and a patio with outdoor furniture and a backyard gives you a quiet place to catch Florida's warm evening air.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, four bedrooms cover a range of sleeping needs. A king bedroom offers a restful retreat for parents or couples. A second room has two full-size beds - ideal for friends or older kids sharing. A twin bedroom with two twin beds works well for younger children, and a separate full-size bedroom rounds out the options. Initial supplies are provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - with trash cans equipped on arrival. For longer stays, you'll likely need to restock some basics.

The home is designed with practical comfort in mind. A washer and dryer are available for laundry, bed linens and towels are provided, hangers and clothing storage are in the bedrooms, and room-darkening shades help when anyone needs a genuine sleep-in. A loft area with a desk, chair, and monitor provides a dedicated workspace for anyone fitting in remote work. The home also features a bathtub, hair dryer, iron, ceiling fans, and full air conditioning throughout. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place. Seven Eagles also has fitness centers and a linear park. Heritage Crossing features a wading pool, and Homestead includes one as well. The Terraces has a gazebo and pavilion for outdoor gatherings. Liberty Bluff Playground and a dog park are available for families with young children or pets, and Grand Traverse Parkway has a playground and outdoor fitness center.



Location

Reunion Resort sits in one of Kissimmee's most accessible positions for Central Florida's major parks and attractions. Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away - around 20-25 minutes by car. Epcot is about 14 miles (25-30 minutes), and Disney Springs is roughly 13 miles (25-30 minutes). Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 22 miles (30-35 minutes), with Universal's Volcano Bay the same distance. Legoland Florida is about 29 miles (35-45 minutes). For shopping, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is around 21 miles away. Downtown Orlando is approximately 32 miles (40-45 minutes), and Orlando International Airport is about 34 miles (35-45 minutes).
