You made your reservation for 2 people and king size bed because it’s cheaper We fined out that you where 3 people and told you you have to move to 2 beds had to pay extra that’s why it’s terrible Thank you for that

Nice hotel for the price
Hotel was nice and clean. The only problem was the strong smoke odor. A non smoking room shouldn't have that smell. It took me a while to get used to it.

I am sorry about the smoke but that room was not rented for 4 days Every time we get reservations we check the room turn AC on But we did not smell any smoke Thanks for staying with us

Basic accommodations, but good value for the price for a short stay. Motel is a bit dated and could do with an upgrade, but room was very clean. Peeling paint above the door.

The price was cheap, but the property needs a complete remodel. I also saw a roach in the morning on a table. That skeeved me.

Thank you for staying with us At checkout you did not tell us the problem you had in the morning We do have a pest control company who comes every month and sprays all rooms last time they were here was 9 days ago. You should NOT compare mom n pop hotel with a big franchise hotel . You should compare mom and pop hotel with mom and pop hotel We have remodeled about 3 to 4 years ago and our rooms are near the big hotel Thanks

Honestly when i drove on property i thought it was a dump. But once in the room i found it to be clean and even had a mini fridge. beds were good and slept well. The price was good and was better than some i stayed that cost way more.

You made your reservation at BUDGET INN EAST Kissimmee and you did not come at this location. We had to do NO SHOW with Expedia next day .There is also Budget Inn West 4 miles west ofThis location And there is Budget Inn St. Cloud 5 miles East of this location So you went to the wrong location and they didn’t have your reservation at that location so they said we don’t have your reservation So please don’t say you’re reservation was not honored because you went to the wrong location Please check you reservation address and go to the correct address next time Thanks

Room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom that I have seen in a while. If you don’t mind cigar smell (even on a non-smoking room) it’s perfect.
