🪑- Backyard: Large back yard with a deck and off the master suite with seating as well as a fire pit for those cool nights.

🚪- Covered parking. Porch entry way with two steps. No ramp access. ♿

🔐 Code provided at check in for easy access. A unique code will be provided for your reservation to access the keypad or lockbox for the duration of your stay.

Guest interaction as needed. contactless check in available and for any inquiries - message us via Airbnb app.

The home is located on a dead end street adjacent to the ThorntonPark neighborhood. The 408 highway is just off to the end of the road for easy access to connecting your group with beaches, theme parks and more.

- Bus stop: 1.5 minutes walking distance
- Scooter/E-bike rideshare is available in all of downtown through Lime, lyft, Bird and other vendors
- On site parking is a single driveway for up to 2 vehicles
- Located on a quiet dead end street close to all major highways

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood - No parties or gatherings permitted.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

❌ No pets (Cancelled reservation+ deep cleaning fee)
❌ Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the commodes.

⁉️ Late checkout will be reviewed based on availability. Please communicate with us 72hrs in advance.

✅ At checkout, keep thermostat to 78 and trash can be left in outside trash can.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).

If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation. Really simple here, if you can`t help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking. Our guest do not want to smell your vape or cigarettes.

🐶😺 Pets - 2 pet maximum. Pets may be no more than 25lbs each. Make sure to include your pets in the reservation headcount.

No Pets or Animals over 25lbs - ALL PETS MUST be disclosed on the reservation count (like a guest)

❌- No events or parties

⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.

⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine

📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue

🅿️ Parking for 3 vehicles. Two in driveway and one in carport. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on the front lawn.

📅 - For stays longer than 10 days we offer complimentary tidy clean service (required).

🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.

The location was great and the house was clean but the cost was insane for what was actually provided. There are definitely structural issues with the house because as you step the whole floor will shake, especially in the bedrooms. There was no hot tub as described in the listing. The beds were rock hard and very rickety (loud to the point some couldn’t sleep). Also, one of the days there was a teenage girl we caught exploring the perimeter and peeping through the windows of our house which felt very unsafe. Overpriced for the value provided.
