Experience the heart of Orlando in this luxurious house! Perfect for an unforgettable time with family, this new house has 6 stylish bedrooms and can house 14 people! This house is incredibly close to Disney World, Universal, Sea World, and the Orlando Airport! Located in Windsor Hills, Orlando's premier resort, we have wonderfully themed bedrooms (perfect for kids!), a game room, and a patio and pool.

The Space:

--BEDROOM--
Our house is unique in the Orlando resort area. While most other homes only offer two or three themed rooms, every room in our house is themed. This means our guests don't have to compete for a themed room—they only have to decide which one to choose!

Be sure to explore our wonderful bedrooms from Harry Potter to Jurassic Park, perfect for lettings kids imagination run wild! For adults, we have modern and stylish bedrooms with luxury mattresses and designer decorations.

- On the first floor, we have a queen bedroom with an Avatar theme and a full bathroom conveniently located next to it.
- We have two master king bedroom suites with private bathrooms on the second floor: the Egyptian Temple Suite and the Mountain Cabin Suite. A standard crib is available in the Egyptian Temple Suite.
- We offer three beautifully themed bedrooms for kids: The World of Harry Potter, featuring a bunk bed and a twin bed; Mickey and Minnie, with two twin beds; and Jurassic Park, featuring a unique jeep-themed bed.
- All bedrooms are fully furnished and have a TV, dresser, designer lamps, ceiling light, curtains, & more. We also have an office desk and chair
- We have baby gear, including cribs and high chairs! (crib sheets and blankets are not included for safety)
- Up to 14 people can stay at our place comfortably

With loads of entertainment, we want to make your stay as memorable as possible!

We have a beautiful private heated 24 by 14 pool (one of the largest pools amongst similar houses!) for you to enjoy. Want to relax a bit? We also have luxury patio dining and pool lounge chairs. We also have a hot tub included along with a pool basketball net and floaties! Enjoy your private oasis!

If you are looking for more indoor fun, we also have a Stars War themed arcade game room! Play Foosball or pool with your friends. Throw it back to the 80s by gaming on our arcade machines, Make baskets with our ESPN basketball game, score goals in air hockey, or watch the latest shows at our TV lounge.

Perfect for large groups and families, our trendy living room is great for having unforgettable gatherings and moments.

Guest Access:
Our aim is straightforward: to make lasting memories for children during their childhood and give adults a chance to feel childlike joy. We want to ensure you have a five-star experience. You will have access to a full range of amenities:

Other Things to Note:
--A maximum of 4 cars are allowed to enter the resort. However, the 4th car must be registered with the HOA in order to receive a designated parking spot. If you plan to bring a 4th car, please let us know as soon as possible, as designated spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
--One of our property managers has a severe allergy to dogs and cats, and we've also been informed by some guests of their severe allergies in advance. In order to prevent serious allergic reactions, we kindly request that pets are not brought into the house. Guests who disregard this policy and bring pets will be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
--We offer a complimentary initial supply of essential household items, ranging from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, washing powder, etc. Due to variations in booking durations and individual preferences, we cannot specify the exact quantities guests may require. For extended stays, we suggest acquiring additional supplies based on your specific needs.
--Washing machine & drying machine are in the house
--Baby friendly (we have high chairs, cribs, and pool child safety nets!)
--We are unable to provide baby crib blankets and bedding due to hygiene reasons.
--There are no monitors within the house; however, we have Ring monitors installed at both the entrance and by the pool. Please note that both the pool heater and air conditioning machine are also under surveillance by cameras. We do not actively monitor the footage, but it may be reviewed if an incident occurs or if requested by law enforcement.
--The HOA stated that upon guests' arrival at the gatehouse, officers are required to collect a valid driver's license from the driver
--We only provide this specific type of stroller. You can view picture of the stroller in our listing. The maximum weight capacity for this toddler stroller is 45 pounds.
--If you have an RV, please inform us in advance so that I can arrange for a designated parking spot. Additionally, please note that the maximum number of cars permitted to enter Windsor Hills Resort for each house is four.
--If you require baby items, please inform us in advance. Let us know the number of babies in your party and specify the items you need, such as a high chair, crib, Pack 'n Play, stroller, etc.
--If you plan to buy something online, please note that only FedEx and UPS deliveries are allowed into the resort. USPS is not permitted.
--Our stroller is a basic model, so it might not be as comfortable as your own or one you rent. If possible, we recommend bringing your own stroller or renting one for added comfort.

Guest Interaction:
Let’s communicate through messaging instead of by phone, as hosting is just my part-time job and I can’t always answer calls or texts during my full-time job. However, I can promptly check Vrbo messages on my computer. If anything urgent comes up, you can contact Vrbo customer service, and I will be notified immediately.

Regarding payments, please note that neither the host nor the property owner manages them directly. Vrbo handles all payment processes, and your payments are held by Vrbo, not the owner. Vrbo only releases the funds to the owner’s account after you check in. Until then, all payments are held by Vrbo.

Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. We understand that early check-ins and late check-outs are important to many, and we're happy to offer these at no extra charge, unlike many other management companies. While we always strive to accommodate these requests, the high demand for our properties and frequent last-minute bookings can make it challenging to confirm early check-in or late check-out in advance.

Typically, we can only confirm early check-in the day before your arrival, and late check-out may not be guaranteed until the day of departure, as availability can change quickly. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and will do our best to make your stay smooth and enjoyable!
