Welcome to our vibrant studio triplex, ideally located near the heart of Orlando, Florida in the popular Mills 50 district. Whether you`re here for the theme parks, beaches, natural springs, or simply to explore the local scene, our studio offers the perfect central base for your adventures.

The Studio is part of a triplex (3 total unit property). You`ll have your own private space with Kitchenette and full bathroom. Parking area and back yard is common space.

🏠 This vibrant studio has a full size bed and sofa bed in a lounge space just off the Kitchenette.

🍽 High to table with seating for two doubleas a laptop workstation for the digital nomads working from home.

📺 40` LED Roku equipped TV is wall mounted and ready for you to cast or stream your favorite apps. GUEST mode allows you to login and you`ll be logged out day of check in.

🛁🚿🚽 Full bathroom comes with walk in shower and vanity.

👨‍🍳 Kitchenette has flat top burner stove, microwave, and full refrigerator (sorry no water or ice connection)
