    Questa casa vanta oltre 3.000 + sq ft per voi e la vostra famiglia per rilassarsi e distendersi da lunghe giornate al parco. Questa casa ha una grande open space facile per le famiglie numerose divertenti, e gruppi. La zona living è caratterizzata da molti posti a sedere intorno alla grande TV LCD, e adiacente è la zona pranzo con 8 posti a sedere, e la cucina, che è completamente attrezzata e dotata di ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

    La struttura dispone di una camera da letto King Master situate al primo piano, più un altro Letto matrimoniale. Entrambi hanno bagni en suite con cabina doccia. Vi è una camera da letto matrimoniale si trova al secondo piano per una maggiore. Altri tre camere complete al secondo piano con letti singoli, più un altro suite matrimoniale

    Sfruttate al massimo dalla vostra vacanza, la casa ha anche un'ampia area sotting al piano superiore con grande TV LCD per quei giorni in cui si desidera solo per rimanere in e godere di questa casa favolosa. The host was excellent everything that we needed was given to us immediately But the house had mold in one of the bedrooms and that is not good I brought it to their attention so hopefully it gets fixed

Loved everything about ot

The property is clean, very nice, quite. The pool and spa are great. The pool beat and spa beat where great and so nice to sit in and relax at the end of the night after walking around the Disney parks all day. Very happy I chose this property.

Great vacation spot

Our family stayed for 7 days and then friends ( all adults) joined us for another 7 days. Our Grand children pretty well lived in the pool when not visiting the parks. The pool and spa were enjoyed by all. We spent a day at the local Oasis club, a good facility but expensive. The house was well laid out and everyone enjoyed their rooms.

No complaints, great stay

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We’ve stayed in Champions Gate many times, this was one of our favorite homes. It’s very spacious. We had 4 adults and 6 children, there was more than enough room for everyone. Pool area was perfect and game room was a great addition. We would stay here again.

Second time staying in this house

This was our second time staying in this house 1538 moonvalley. The place is super clean and has plenty of rooms and bathroom for everyone. There where 6 adults staying here. The pool and spa where great after a long day in the parks. The pool and spa heat is well worth the money. As I have said this is a great place to stay and the management company

House was great for our large group. We all loved the pool area. Only problem was the game room, where the pool table was unplayable, cues had no tips, the air hockey table had no pucks and the fooseball table had no balls.

Great place with a lot of space. Unfortunately our AC went out upstairs in our last day there. It was 90 degrees up there. Took hours to get a tech there to fix it.

Great Property!

The property was as described. We had ease with check in, adding pool heat and adding my uncle as a guest for the day. The pool was beautiful and the house was big! A few small things were needing to be fixed but nothing major. We would definitely book this home again! I saw a few older questionable reviews but I’m very happy with our stay!

Nice house, good location

We had a very enjoyable few days here. The house is very clean, inside and out! I have rented others where the pool enclosure is dirty and had bugs, this was spotless. Listing was as described. Also very nicely stocked with the exception of bath towels. There was only one per adult, but we washed them and made do. There are pool towels, though and that was nice. Communication was excellent and much appreciated.I would definitely return to this house.

1 StarOur experience at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The villa did not match the listing images, furniture was missing, the sofa was broken, the pool table and air hockey table were both unusable and mold was present inside the property.We arrived to a dirty villa with no basic kitchen essentials provided. The kitchen hot water broke on two separate occasions. We were without hot water throughout the entire property for over 48 hours, with 16 calls to the emergency line going unanswered. The pool was not cleaned and the heating was broken for four days leaving us unable to use it at all.During our stay a guest received an electric shock from the toaster upon switching it on. The oven mesh was burning during use. We did not feel the appliances were safe or adequately maintained.We made six calls to the maintenance line and had four call-out visits throughout our stay. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed by the management company and our formal complaint was not resolved to any satisfactory outcome.We have full photographic evidence, videos and a complete email trail documenting our experience. This did not feel like the luxury villa we had booked and paid for.

A beautiful respite after having to evacuate our beach rental.

The property was beautiful and even better than the listing suggested. The oasis pool was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood vibe was great with young children to go on morning walks. We had a great time at this home. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house. I will say that we asked for early check in and this could have played into the home not being thoroughly cleaned. It was dusty and had some dirty tissues left u der beds. The linens also smelled dirty and had to be washed but the house was lovely otherwise. We would stay here again.

We have bee travelling to this area 3 times a year for the last 13 years and have had some minor issues but none like this. There were 3 live cockroaches in the home, the kitchen sink wasn't hooked up to hot water and one of the main floor bedrooms had a leak and mold growing in the corner. He contact the management company, executive rentals 6 times and we were continually dismissed and felt that since they were paid we wern't important. Someone finally came after a week to spray but none of the other issues were addressed or looked at. We called a mold company to come in to look at the bedroom and they confirmed it was mold. 2 people in our party left after 4 days and stayed in a hotel as they were conerned since one of them had respiratory problems. We asked to be moved to another property and they said none were available but when you go into their website many showed availability in the same area. No professionalism with this company and very concerning on a health bases. Will not rent from them again.

Stay at Champions Gate

The house itself is in great condition and in a great neighborhood. However, the property manager did not send the names of the guests to the front gate on time. We had to call the emergency line multiple times delaying our entry to the gated community, because the security was giving us a hard time. In addition, the property manager failed to mention that someone was coming to repair the AC unit in the garage. Also, there was no trash can, or bags in the kitchen. Otherwise the house is very clean and the rooms are comfortable.

I would definitely rebook this property

I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again, however, next time I would make sure to take a few things from my own kitchen. The kitchen is very minimally appointed. The home was very comfortable for our party of 11. The pool and hot tub were great. The air conditioning system kept the house very cool in mid-July. We waited until our last day to visit the community center and I wish we had gone every day. It’s fantastic for the kids. The property book definitely needs to be updated as we were given incorrect instructions. FYI… The garbage is picked up daily and is placed at the front door inside the plastic “bench’. It’s a genius concept, but we didn’t know about it because the book explains otherwise.

Disney Trip

The place was awesome. It had all the important things available. There were a few small hindrances - 1) The key pad didn't work and we couldn't get a manager on the phone for two hours. 2) There were some light fixtures /switches throughout the house which did not work. 3) There should have been more detailed instructions on arrival- one of the gates had no access for "visitors" and it left us confused as to how we would get to the house. That gate has no directions or instructions. 4) The tv's/service were of course different than we have and there was no instruction on use. 5) The house also needs an upgrade on the water heater as he house is designed for 6 bedrooms but after three people took a bath or shower...…… the rest of us froze. With all this being said, my family and I would definitely stay there again and have recommended your company to several families already. Thanks for the memories.

Great house for large groups

We had 10 people in our group and this house easily accommodated us all! Very spacious home. We weren’t home much so we didn’t cook any meals. House had plenty of dishes. House was a good central location for Disney, universal, and Busch gardens. Suggestions: pool towels, no one wants to have to bring pool towels in their luggage. Also beds are pretty squeaky,comfortable, but squeaky. Anytime someone moves you get woke up. More efficient process at the gate. Lanes aren’t clearly marked so several times after we received our pass visitors would get in the wrong lane and then try to back up once they got to the gate and realized they didn’t have a pass. Also updating the book would be nice in regards to garbage and recycling. Garbage pickup is every day and you leave the bags on the bench on the front porch. Not once a week in rubbish bins on the side of the house as the book states. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this house provided what we needed!

Great family home.

Great size home for my large family. Not enough towels for our family. I had to go buy towels for bathing. There are no pool towels. I would recommend bringing towels as this is very inconvenient. Previous homes in this complex provided more towels. When traveling it is hard to use space for towels in a suitcase. Great location to parks. Gated Community with its own shops in Champions Gates. Heated pool and hot tub were really enjoyable. We rented a crib, stroller and gas grill during our stay. The crib was scary looking and we did not use it. Would not recommend rental company for a crib. It would be nice if renters had cribs that were well cared for. This home did have a high chair that we cleaned up and used that was in the garage. The house was not very clean, babies got covered by dog hair from the living area rug and no one cleaned under the sofa at all prior to our arrival. I would recommend the home it is beautiful just a better cleaning company to care for it. Choose a different rental company or just buy what you need for your babies.
