Questo Champions Gate con 8 letti e 5 bagni offre alloggi di categoria superiore di 3.812 piedi quadrati perfetti per la tua famiglia! Questa casa dispone di una piscina / SPA privata esposta a ovest che offre un sacco di sole, sale giochi e salotti cinema. La piscina e la SPA sono riscaldate e hanno la stessa temperatura. La Spa non è una vasca idromassaggio.
Il piano terra offre una zona giorno aperta con cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo formale e spazi da pranzo informali e ampia zona giorno. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 8 persone e il bar per la colazione può ospitare 7. Il soggiorno ospita una grande TV e comodi posti a sedere. Dirigetevi attraverso le porte scorrevoli in vetro per la lanai con piscina riscaldata ad ovest, spa spillover e posti a sedere all'aperto ideale per prendere il sole e mangiare all'aperto.
Il piano terra ha due camere matrimoniali entrambe con letti king size e bagno privato. Uno dei bagni ha una porta direttamente sulla piscina per la vostra comodità. Tre delle camere rimanenti sono dotate di letti queen size e l'altra camera ha un letto King. Il secondo piano ha un bagno in stile familiare e due bagni con vasca idromassaggio. Ha un box per bambini fino a 2 anni.
Il secondo piano ha anche una seconda zona soggiorno con divano letto, sala giochi e cinema fantastico con 7 posti comodi.
Clubhouse aggiornato di quasi 10.000 piedi quadrati! Quando entri alla reception, avrai sempre un assistente per rispondere a tutte le tue domande. Puoi fare un trattamento VIP in piscina, basta alzare la bandiera del lettino e un inserviente riceverà la tua richiesta.

Nightmare House for Christmas

Electricity to master suite failed entire time we were there. Internet access was a challenge early in the stay. Heating to sleeping quarters upstairs did not function for the entire time. We needed to purchase space heaters. One positive was responsiveness of Bruno, the property manager, but his hands were tied in trying to resolve the major issues.

We were a group of 16 colleagues from out of town working in Tampa and were evacuated from our hotel due to the hurricane. The process of finding a place to house all of us was easy with VRBO and this listing was great. The process was quick and we were able to be safe.

Best place I have ever stay. I am a retired Military and I have travel all over and I can honesty say this is the best place our family have stay and enjoy. We came to celebrate our son wedding and this place made it so nice, enjoyable and fulfillment. recommended with any doubt to any one.

Best Vacation!!

I was very impressed with the accomodations at the facility. The home and the grounds were beautiful. The minor issues we did have, were handled in a timely manner. The shuttle to the amenities was a added bonus for our big group. Can't wait to come back our family had an amazing time!!! Best Vacation!!!

Family Vacation

During our stay we experienced several issues with the property, the microwave, living room tv, and washing machine kept shutting off on the breaker box, the hot tub bubbles never worked our entire stay, we were told the maintenance crew would come out to fix it the following day but they never came. The air hockey table was broken, a few of the bathroom fixtures in the upstairs bathroom was either loose or broken. Guest also seen roaches in the upstairs bedrooms and several guest had bed bug bites which is totally unacceptable, I expressed all of my concerns with Bruno and he told me he would be reaching out to his supervisor and he would contact me at a later date… Overall we we’re not satisfied with the condition of the house.

Beautiful home

Great home. Had a few mishaps but were quickly taken care of my property manager. Easy check in and out. Clubhouse was very nice. We will definitely come back. Thank you for an awesome vacation.

Best place for the $

The home had all the space, 8 bedrooms, we needed plus more. Private pool, game room, theater checked all the boxes all at the best price point we could find. Home was clean and complete with kitchen ware, towels, etc. Management was very responsive to the airheaded questions and problems that we had. Place had signs of use as most rentals do, but everything worked and was clean which is what really matters to us. Couldn't be happier with our decision to rent this place

Great property; as advertised.

Property was well represented online; as advertised. Great space for our large extended family; pool was a highlight (glad we chose to heat the pool). Kitchen had the bare basics provided. We would definitely rent this place again!

Great house and facilities

The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Our family of 20 was comfortable and had a really enjoyable time there. One or 2 issues were immediately handled by the property manager, so we have no complaints. The pool/hot tub and movie theater were particular hits. We'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay

Great property. Home looked even better than online pics. Very clean and well kept. Excellent amenities. Quiet community. Prompt response from Property Manager with all questions and/or concerns. Directions for check-in and check out communicated well. Home offered everything to entertain kids, teenager, and adults. Close proximity to Disney but very far from Universal (18 miles but an hour drive with traffic). Would definitely recommend for large groups or multi-family gatherings. Overall great stay.

Nice/clean home

The house was clean and comfortable. We celebrated my twins’ 16th birthday with a mini vacation. The kids loved the movie room and the pool. My husband was impressed with the grill brims so clean! The dryer upstairs did not work. There was another dryer downstairs that did. They didn’t have a toaster, but we made the panini press work. Overall, we would recommend!

Good for groups/ big families

Great for big families, the 8br are very well distributed and rooms are all large. Property doesn’t have access to the 2-car garage. Would have been a plus to be able to use it, specially this being such a big house. The movie theater on the second floor was awesome!

We loved staying at this house..the property manager was very helpful and always willing to help if there was a problem..our whole family had an amazing time here..Just a few things that we thought might be helpful for the next guest is a few laundry baskets and a mop for guests to use for longer stays..we thank you for letting us stay 🙂🙂

Super big family vacation house!

Loved the pool, bedrooms with tvs, loads of living space....... We could have used more bath towels and blankets and we ran out of hot water for showering every day. Super super great property manager!!!!
