* No smoking inside the property.
* No parties or loud activities are permitted. Violations will result
in extra cleaning charges and possible immediate eviction.

Pet Policy

* Pets are allowed, limited to a maximum of 2 dogs with a $170 pet
deposit.

Parking

* Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. The
reserved parking space corresponds to the street address.
Additional vehicles should use designated "guest" parking spaces.

Trash Collection

* Valet trash pick-up begins after 11 AM, 7 days a week. All waste
must be bagged and tied; loose items will not be collected. Do not
include needles or sharp objects. Cardboard boxes must be broken
down.

Use of Amenities

* The pool & spa can be heated at an additional cost. Note that the
spa water will be the same temperature as the pool.
* BBQ grill use requires prior notification and incurs a setup and
cleaning fee.
