hot tub, so it does not have jets and heats only to the same
temperature as the pool, up to 90°F.
* Pool heating relies on an exchange system and may not operate when

* If a grill is available for guest use, it should be cleaned after
use and the propane tank replenished if needed.
* A charge of $50 applies if the grill is not cleaned.
* Any grill that is locked is reserved for the homeowner’s personal
use and is not available for guest use.
