- As per ChampionsGate Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- Please note that the Championsgate registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- There are pots and pans in the Kitchen. Please bring your own condiments if you plan to cook

- Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- Fireworks Notice Please be advised that fireworks are not allowed on the property.

- HOUSE RULES

* No pets allowed
* No events, parties, or large gatherings
* Must be at least 25 years old to book
* Photo ID may be required upon check-in
* Guest List: A complete guest list is required prior to check-in.

- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

- Cameras: For your safety, an outward-facing security camera is located at the front door.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

Great Family Rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely rental. Our party of 12 ranged from ages 4 to 84 and this house worked well for everyone. It was cleaned well, kitchen adequately equipped for our group and the amenities kept everyone entertained offering great spaces to relax or play. We had to reach out to the property management while we were there and they were prompt and efficient in response. We would absolutely stay here again!
