Room 1 (Ground Floor):

1 full bed, with a complete bathroom on the same floor

Room 2 (Upper Floor – Suite):

1 king bed, with a private bathroom for your full privacy and well-being.

Room 3:

1 bunk bed (full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top) + 1 separate twin bed

Room 4 :

1 full bed + 1 twin bed, perfect for accommodating your family or friends.


Resort Amenities:

Lake, trails, and Italian gardens for relaxation and nature connection.

Sand volleyball, basketball, bocce, and a picnic area for outdoor fun.

Playground and kid-friendly spaces, ideal for the little ones.

Other Details:

No pets allowed ($350 fine)

No smoking inside the house (fine of US$350).

ATTENTION: The use of the clubhouse and community areas is managed by the homeowners association. We are not responsible for closures due to maintenance, weather, or other factors beyond our control, and these situations do not qualify for refunds.
