2-night or Vacation 5-Bedroom Orlando Townhouse w/ Clubhouse and Heated Pool

You've found your perfect vacation spot and great family home for your Orlando trip! This townhouse is located in the luxurious Windsor Island Resort with 24 hour guard gated security. We have 5 bedrooms including a Star War themed and a Frozen themed bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms, and private heated pool with other amenities for 12 guests. The home is in the proximity of tourist destinations, such as Disney and Universal Studios with plenty of restaurants and grocery spots nearby. Get everything you need for the vacation!

THE SPACE

Bedrooms
1ST Floor:
- One Bedroom with Queen Size bed and TV. Full bathroom next to the room in the hall.

2ND Floor:
- Master Bedroom with King size bed and TV. Full private bath.
- Bedroom with King size bed and TV. Full private bath.
- Star War themed Bedroom with bunk bed (twin over full). Full bathroom in the loft.
- Frozen themed Bedroom with one twin and one full. Full bathroom in loft area, shared with the other themed bedroom.

Kitchen/Dining Area
Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator w/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. We also provide coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, kettle, silverware, dinnerware, and cooking basics.
Dining table for 8 people and 4 barstools at the island.

One hand towel in each bathroom and one bath towel for each sleeping space.

Great family vacation rental

Great location, loved the resort, house was clean and perfect for our family. Only negative was we had some impolite neighbors that blasted loud music and screamed until 3am so it was hard for us and our kids to sleep.

Beautiful townhouse!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful house.Full of space, 5 bedrooms, a large playroom upstairs.The house has everything you need for a beautiful vacation.Windsor resort has a very nice water park, although the days we stayed there were very crowded. In spite of that we were able to enjoy it very much.There is a bar where you are served very kindly and offers the opportunity to have a drink at sunset.I would come back without hesitation, I just didn't know it was Spring Break! (I live in other country!)

Great stay besides limited toiletries

My stay was great, me and my friends had a lot of fun! The only thing I could complain about is how only 2 rooms had fans and there wasn't extra toilet paper, paper towels, or towels for 12 people. If i'm on vacation at a water resort, I don't want to have to do laundry! Especially if my stay was only for 2 nights. Other than this, I do recommend this stay as long as you don't mind bringing extra towels and toilet paper.

Family Get Together

We loved staying in this property. The condo is spacious with lots of room for adults, teens, and kids to enjoy. We enjoyed having a private pool, but also enjoyed the community pool with different pools, slides, a bar. My family and I had a blast! We wished we had stayed longer… :)

Family Fun

This townhouse was spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well equipped for our stay. The washer and dryer was appreciated. Everyone loved our own private pool. Since it was spring break, the resort was very busy, so check-in and obtaining our parking passes/Waterpark passes was confusing with long wait lines. Other than that this was a good property.

Great Location

Great location, great neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful and only had a few neighbors around us. House was large enough for my family, beds were comfortable, and nice pool area. Kids loved the Waterpark at the club house. We enjoyed ourselves. The biggest and only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the house. I think the property manager need to do a better job cleaning. We encountered a trash problem when we arrived and I contacted the host, which she promptly took care of. However, due to the trash problem there were gnats flying around the front entrance door and in the kitchen. Walking in, everything looked good, but the more we settled in, the more things we kept finding. First the countertops were not cleaned well, if at all. They were sticky and small crumbs were laying about. A bottled Pepsi was left in the fridge, a hairbrush was in the living room right in front of the sofa, and when we went to go wash towels, there were dirty towels already in the washing machine, which I assume was from the previous renters. Everything else seemed fine but cleaning should be thorough, especially with everything that is going on today. So we sanitized the kitchen before we started cooking and eating. Other than that, we had a nice stay. I appreciated the communication back and forth with the host.

Great, couple of suggestions to make it awesome

Would love it if there were ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The cleaning products used have a strange, strong smell when you enter the house. Provide a pack of coffee filters, inexpensive and a big deal for coffee drinkers Vertical blinds behind couch need replacing, several missing and not easy to open/ close

Perfect Vacation

We stayed at the vacation home for a week long vacation with extended family. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. My children were amazed when they walked in. They ran around counting all the bedrooms and tvs - cheerfully stating " This house has EVERYTHING". The pool in the backyard was a majour hit! It was nice to take a quick dip after spending all day at the parks. The house was clean and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Our kids are already asking when can they come back!

Very happy

I was very nervous after reading a December review but we didnt experience any of those concerns. We had a very enjoyable stay this weekend! Everything was clean and presented nicely when we arrived. Security for the location was great. They had games at the pool area which the kids enjoyed. Lots of fun at the activity area however, we wished it was open longer for a weekend (only 10pm -6pm). The wifi connected quick to most tvs, and personal devices however the upstairs xbox it kicked off a few times. Thankfully my husband was able to figure it out each time. My son really enjoyed the gaming at night. Rooms were nicely decorated and had lots of room. Washer/dryer worked great. Plenty of dishes. Love the ice/water option on frig. We didnt cook only did take out. Pool/patio was very nice. The outside bathroom was a great bonus to ensure kids dried off and changed into dry clothes. I would only suggest to have options for early check in/ late check outs. Thank you! We will definitely stay again.

House and resort were very nice but does need some improvements

House was very nice and a short walk to the community resort. Overall very clean and lots rooms and beds for a large family. If you are staying longer then a couple of days you will need to buy toilet paper (only one in each bathroom) / klennex (none at all) / paper towel (only one) / dishwasher pods (only supply you with two) / no laundry soap. When I brought up the lack of supplies to the owner she had mentioned it was a self sustaining property. This should be mentioned on the listing. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this is the first one that I have had to worry about buying this stuff. The kitchen is lacking in cooking supplies. There was no frying pans, but when we had mentioned that to the owner, she did have some brought the next morning. Also a lacking of towels as well. We had asked for more and more were brought as well. Also, the clothes drier does not dry your clothes. I had checked the lint catcher but it was clear. I believe the drier exhaust must be clogged somewhere. I would have given this place a 5 but I didn’t for the lack of supplies. For the cost of the property all of this stuff should be included.

The house was dirty. And was roach infested.

The beds had hair in it, spots all over the furniture it looks nasty,coffee pot had not been washed in weeks, sheets and top covers had spots all over it, black mold in the bathroom, heat doesn’t work properly, having to take cold showers because the heat didn’t work. Light hanging from the ceiling up stairs . Roaches in dishwasher, utensil drawer, countertop, bathroom, bedroom, putting beach towels in front of the door to keep the cold air out. Put paper plates, plastic forks,napkins in the refrigerator to keep the roaches from crawling over them. The slivers pot that warms water. Water was left in it and slime was in the bottom. I don’t know who’s cleaning the unit is not doing a good job. I have sent pictures to Vrbo so that they could see for themselves. I went with high hopes and was torn dow quickly. The dryer doesn’t work. It took half a day to dry four sheets and four pillowcases. The house looks nice, but it is not clean. I hope management will read this and talk to the cleaning staff. Making them realize how important it is to keep the unit clean. Spraying for roaches before guests check in.

Better management

We arrived at our rental found garbage in the backyard contacted the owner to which she refused to mitigate the issue we called for tV issues and the man she sent barged into our rental unannounced opening a locked door while I was home with teenage girls and little children. He became very confrontational when I told him it was wrong and he should have knocked. We had an issue with roaches and ants as well all over the kitchen the first night we got there to which again we were told it would be taken care of but never was. The place was very nice but management was horrible in being on par with trash pickup and issues that occurred throughout our stay

We stayed at this property for a bachelorette weekend and were blown away by how much space was available in the townhouse. It was absolutely beautiful and very clean.
