Escape to this modern and stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in the sought-after Storey Lake Resort — the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to 12 guests!
Thoughtfully furnished for your comfort, this retreat features a private pool, BBQ grill, and is just a 5-minute walk from the Hideaway Club. Enjoy exclusive access to resort-style amenities including a lagoon pool, splash park, lazy river, sports courts, playgrounds, and a full-service restaurant and bar. Located less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and other top Orlando attractions!

• Community: Storey Lake Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.
This resort has two incredible clubhouses:
The Hideaway Club: 4715 Kings Castle Cir, Kissimmee, FL 34746
The Bronson Club: 4714 Storytime Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746
• Minutes from Orlando's top theme parks: Walt Disney Resort (12 min), Animal Kingdom (13 min), Epcot (14 min), Magic Kingdom (15 min) and Sea World (19 min). Travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
• Location: Windemere Ave, Kissimmee, FL, 34746, US
• Parking: Ample parking available right in front of the home on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.
Perks at this townhome include:
· Central A/C and WiFi
· Modern, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with new stainless appliances. Cookware and utensils are also provided for your convenience.
· Open-concept, family-friendly layout.
· Comfortable appointed beds
· Iron, washer & dryer
· Pack n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (If a second Pack n Play or highchair is needed, an additional fee of $35 will apply)
· Private pool & spa (heating for an additional cost of $45 USD per day)
· Private alfresco dining and BBQ grill (a $65 cleaning fee applies; please notify us in advance if you'd like to use it)
· Pet-friendly! A $120 non-refundable fee per pet applies only if bringing pets
· Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)
· Shared community amenities like a lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, mini golf, fitness center, kayaking, pool access & more.

o We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
o 1 hand soap per bathroom
o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
o 1 sponge
o 1 dishwasher soap
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen
o 1 laundry detergent
o 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:
POOL– We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, in case you need assistance we will be happy to send a specialist.
ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

Wonderful experience!

Nine of us stayed 6 nights to vacation at Disney and Universal. We had a wonderful time! The property was just as described and we enjoyed all the amenities that came with it. The location had lots of shopping and eating close by, but was private enough to enjoy family time. The host was wonderful to communicate with and even helped us switch our dates when we needed it. It was a great place!
