The guest has access to the entire home. Guests can park up to two cars on the driveway and there is also additional parking in front of the house. No access to the garage.

The Villa is in a quiet modern neighborhood, located close enough to the attractions but also remote enough to be able to unwind and relax. It is the perfect family retreat for quality time and the sunsets are a bonus amenity. Below are key descriptions of each room and it’s amenities:

1st Bedroom: 1 King Bed, 1 smart tv, ensuite bathroom and 1 office desk.

2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 smart Tv, ensuite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 2 Single Beds, books to read for the little ones, 1 smart Tv.

4th Bedroom: 1 Single Bed, 1 double bed, and 1 smart Tv.

Game Room (Second Living Room): Game room with a queen sofa bed.

Living Room: Sofas and 1 smart Tv.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, k-Cup coffee maker, standard coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, blender, and a kettle.


Starter Supplies: Paper towel roll, one toilet paper per bathroom (3 bathrooms), 1 small shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and shower gel per bathroom.
Laundry: 2 pods
Dish washer: 2 pods
Dish soap: 1 small bottle

Remember that we are in a cozy place, take your time when driving and do not exceed the speed limit is 15 miles per hour.

Pool heating is available, please indicate if you are interested in heating the pool at the time of booking or no later than 48hrs prior to the time needed. The pool can be heated on request for an additional charge of $35 per night, and it must remain on for the entire booking stay. Please keep in mind when requesting pool heat that the pool takes up to 24 hours to desire temperature. The host cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or inadequate heating, and no compensation will be given. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. The Guest must inform the host as soon as possible if the pool is not working properly so that repairs can be made.

Very clean, nice, spacious home.

My family of 4 stayed with other family of 3 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Check in process was very easy, the owner always got back to us when we needed any questions answers, and the house was very clean. Neighborhood is small and not right if of a major road so it’s nice and quiet. We will definitely consider returning if we are ever in the area again.
