Beautiful home with a private heated pool and Spa and cinema, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located at indian creek a quiet and family-friendly community that centrally located near restaurants and shopping malls 15 min from magic kingdom 10 min from animal kingdom 20 min from universal studios.
4 bedroom 3 bathrooms sleep 10 guests very comfortable for family vacation at Disney come have some fun and enjoying your stay.

*Important notes
-Pool and Spa heater: There is a $50$fee per day and must be reserved at least 24 hours prior to your arrival required a minimum 2 consecutive days. -Temperature on the pool will not exceed 85F and the SPA Temperature will not exceed 100F.
-Eating and glass around the pool or inside the pool is not allowed.

• We offer a propane BBQ grill. There will be a $50 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

•The House is Self-Catering, and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags), Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
