Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

👕 Laundry: 1 bottle of liquid laundry detergent included

For longer stays, we recommend stocking up at the nearby supermarket.

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, immediate eviction, no refund

🚗 Parking & Access



Gated community — all drivers must be registered before check-in.

No overflow parking permitted.

🚫 Not allowed: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, or commercial vehicles



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
