The Downtown Festival consists of an arcade, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course. The community is located directly off I4 in Orlando with short distance to all the Disney World, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld attraction parks, restaurants, malls and well-known championships golf courses.
Lavish decoration offers privacy and great accommodation for up to 8 guests.
The ground floor offers a spacious open-plan which consist of the kitchen, sitting & dining area leading to the private lanai.
On the upper floor the rooms are furnished with a King Size bed in the master bedroom, a Mickey Themed bedroom with one Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle, and third bedroom with QueenSize bed.
Laundry area with washer and dryer and a shared bathroom are also located on the second floor.

Youāll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we wonāt be on-site, weāre just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so thereās no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
